Our client is a USA ISV company, the provider of an intelligent healthcare platform that streamlines e-requests and e-referrals for hospitals and clinics worldwide.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Delivering reliable healthcare software takes a deep understanding of technology, handling confidential records and user-generated data, interoperability with other healthcare systems, and integration with the backend. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements was a key consideration for our client when choosing a reliable outsourcing partner to modernize and adapt their existing healthcare solutions for 10+ hospital sites.
OUR SOLUTION
We applied a two-phased approach to speed up the development of new software. The first phase covered architectural enhancements and new capabilities related to waiting list management, electronic booking, and automated wait time reporting. Besides, we prepared the platform for integration with healthcare systems and electronic records. The first phase ended with full adoption of the new software solution at one of our client’s 11 hospital sites. This initial success paved the way for broad adoption and acceptance at the ten remaining sites throughout phase two.

Our client is a retail startup founded in 2016 that provides advanced analytics products to predict the demand for goods based on historical information.

The client was experiencing a high demand for their services on the market and wanted to deliver new features faster. They are in-house capacity at the backend side imitated, so the client decided to extend the team. Platform required regular updates and supported the uploading of statistics from users. Our client wants to upgrade its retail offering with new UI, and mobile solutions Client’s Transact division focuses on retail solutions for campus services. Initially contracted Gravelsoft to upgrade their UI/UX and build an API for their self-service kiosk solution — a food court ordering system for campuses. Moreover, they wanted to expand their retail offering for campus services with a mobile application suite for bookstore management.

OUR SOLUTION

We focused on improving the user experience for self-service kiosks and three bookstore management apps Gravelsoft designed an entirely new user experience for our client's food court POS terminals. The redesigned, self-service kiosk is a multi-platform solution that fully supports the food ordering process, allows instant order customization, and offers secure and convenient payment options.
