We provide you with a full set of services to help you to realize your business idea, starting from business analysis through design and implementation phases to stabilization, deployment, and maintenance of the end product. We offer flexible cooperation models to meet the requirements of each client. Usually, our customers chose to work using Scrum or Kanban. Although we are ready to work with a family of Agile methodologies.

HF-Solution team consists of highly qualified software developers, business analysts, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and architects. We have more than 300 professionals on board.  Each member of the team has at least 5 years of experience. On average we involve 5 to 30 developers per project. 

Our dev team can develop your project from scratch and join at any stage of already existing projects. Also you can choose outstaffing model of cooperation.  

We use crypto security upon customer's needs. We sign NDA with every employee and they don't have permission to announce info during their work and for 20 years after they leave. Intellectual property belongs to the customer by our project and it is an integral part of our standard contract.

Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
HF-SOLUTION is a full development cycle company. Young startups come to us to develop their MVP and get an initial audit (by the way, we do it for free). Large enterprises turn to us to automate their processes. I like complex projects with a high degree of secrecy and exclusivity. We have developed lots of patent solutions for customers from different countries. We provide a full set of services to help people to realize business ideas, starting from business analysis through design and implementation phases to stabilization, deployment, and maintenance of the end product. I am the founder and CEO of the company. I am leading the company’s direction and managing its overall operations. These include monitoring all the ongoing projects, taking part in solving complicated problems if they arise, developing the strategic plans and making strategic decisions, as well as building a good atmosphere in the company so that everyone can do the job in the best possible way.
What is the story behind starting this company?
From primary school, I was excited about programming and computer science. I used to work as a developer, business analyst, and project manager. I changed several IT companies, carefully studying each aspect of these professions. When I got enough experience and information on how the work was organized, and the development approaches that were used, I gradually formed my own idea of an ideal IT company. This is how HF-Solution was born in 2016. The initial idea in the name is due to the spirit of the company and the search for non-trivial solutions. It sounds like Hunting For Solution.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
All of our projects are built only by our team members. Previously, we called our service outsourcing, since in general all companies were divided into outsourcing and product. But today the boundaries of definitions are blurred, and the scope of our services is much wider. Our dev team can develop a project from scratch and join already existing projects at any stage. Also, clients can choose an outstaffing model of cooperation.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
From the very beginning of our foundation, the main value that was laid in the basic principles of our company was making life easier for the client and solving their tasks in the most efficient way possible, looking for non-obvious solutions to their problems in the stipulated time frame. Our managers apply the best practices of product management in order to not just develop an application or software for a client but to direct the product in the right way to the users, identify risks and weaknesses, and level them out before the launch of the product. Our project experience allows us to do a quick estimation, choose the best team and technologies and get to work in the shortest possible time. We take full responsibility for the development, freeing the client's time to work on marketing and monetization.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

In the last few years of the pandemic, we have witnessed increased popularity of the ideas of conscious consumption and financial literacy with the mass audience. As well as the necessity of healthcare solutions and telemedicine. So, we have made many projects in these fields. 67 % of our customers are repetitive, the longest term of cooperation is 5 years. We love our clients, we like what we do, and are not afraid of any challenges. We work on every project as a part of an internal team - with all our devotion and passion.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
One of the most demanded services is full-cycle custom software development. It is a unique solution that is created for the tasks of a specific customer. Full-cycle describes the execution of all phases of the project, from concept to implementation and support.

We analyze the concept, make suggestions for improvement and cost-saving, produce the code, and guide it through to either launching on the market or to its implementation within the enterprise, following up with further support. Our specialists have extensive experience in product management and understand all stages of project development.

We also do a full project audit to find the weak places and fix them as soon as possible. We also have a promotion service called “Project vision” which we do for free.  
Lots of our clients have a need for specific IT-staff specialists – qualified software developers, business analysts, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and architects. We can select and provide the necessary specialist or a whole team in the shortest possible time.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As most of our clients stay with us and return with new projects, I think they are glad to work with us as much as we are happy to work with them. About 67% of our customers return to us to work together again. While developing projects we use the best practices and up-to-date technologies to deliver the best solutions. We aim to increase the speed and quality of development and make the code readable. We appreciate a transparent work structure so we provide status reports on a regular basis. Also, we are not afraid of aggressive deadlines. All clients’ requests are performed extremely quickly and accurately. Our managers are always online and ready to answer all the questions. What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We use the 3 most popular payment models: Time & Material, Fix Price, and Dedicated Team.

The first model suits the client who wants to be flexible during the development and able to make changes to the project based on users' behavior. We charge only for the actual work performed on the project. Fix Price is a model of work we use when a client wants to get a fixed requirements project. During work, every change to the initial scope has to be estimated and agreed on. It is important to discuss all the desired deliverables at the beginning. When a customer wants to manage the development process on their side and just lacks qualified developers, a dedicated team is the best model to choose. We form a team dedicated to the project full time and able to take part in daily meetings. Any team member is available any time a client needs it.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are interested in complex large-scale projects from scratch, but we can also help with non-trivial tasks in existing projects. On average, the minimum budget that we start working with is $15,000, but we have an individual approach to each client and find the best solutions for their tasks.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Last year we worked on projects from $17,000 to $300,000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Collaborating with Elon Musk and working in an office on one of Earth's satellite planets. But seriously, we have been purposefully and scrupulously sharpening our expertise, gathering the most effective team of high-level specialists, and systematically growing in volumes and capabilities. In 10 years from now, according to my estimations, we will become a successful integrator of business solutions for the automation of companies’ processes.

This product has all the necessary solutions for users' cooperation, including messenger and secured private geotags.

Our developers have met a lot of challenges during the project. Mobile applications operate a lot of data related to 3D-geocoordinates, indoor and outdoor navigation, and social interaction between users. One of the key features is augmented reality discovery mode (AR/MR/XR/VR).

On of the things I appreciate the most is their flexibility: they adapt to customer's timezone and always make even last minutes changes work.

Their team completes tasks on time or gives heads up if something is blocking and we need to move the deadline.

They have pretty diverse team, they were able to satisfy my team's needs with of technical and design requests (mobile app and web design).

Review Summary

After reviewing a list of potential vendors to help with the development of my mobile app, I hired this team to help me with the development of my first MVP. First I wanted to develop it a simple as possible and did not want them to develop UX/UI. But they convinced me to go through all discovery stages with them and do the necessary planning.
