After doing this for us, we were also able to establish ourselves as active participants in the community and develop a strong reputation. Our industry is extremely competitive, is still very much a work in progress, and we are constantly working towards it. The story behind starting every software development company is simple, but its success is not. No one was expecting such an avalanche of new technology to overwhelm the market. Leading a company and working in the field for more than seven years now, I am aware of the importance and significance of customer relations and pay attention to the same most of the time.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a good communication network that helps clients share information freely to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings with the association. We provide clear contact details on our official website for the one's having queries and issues with a guide for placing an enquiry with the 'Make an Enquiry' option available on the home page. We are also active on social media via Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Google, where clients can follow and approach us regarding their projects, proposals and questions. Regular Email, Skype, and call details are also available under the Contact Us catalogue next to a dialogue for message placing with the subject. These options are pretty much everything required to build a good communication channel within the user interface and a follow up on the receiving end of it.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We accept payment through PayPal, Skrill, and MasterCard without any hassles. The structure of payment is dynamic, varying with the type of service we provide. The duration of the project we handle and the complexity of the variables involved also influences the work pay. It can be clocked daily, monthly, or project phase-wise, which can award the best for our efforts to deliver the product. The number of resources spent in the process and the technical viability of the requirements is yet other factors deciding the budget and ultimately the economic value of the particular service. As there are projects when expects from different teams work on a cross-functional project, the price plays a role in setting the limitations to a particular phase and the organic flow of events, including certain milestones according to the customer specifics leading to the final point.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The budget threshold is not fixed for our company. At the moment, the limit seems to appear as a figure, but there may be some occasions when the threshold is adjusted according to the conditions of the case. This is not just a question of a list of solutions that you can either buy or demand. In fact, as we have seen, vendors typically do the most to implement their solutions first and then seek external assistance. The budget requirements under such circumstances are complicated to set as a solid tag. The software vendor and the service provider should agree on the cost of the software, the service, and the hosting infrastructure. Therefore, we have to modify the budget request into something more like a technical one in order to achieve sufficient bandwidth for bargaining.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
2020 has been a difficult year due to the pandemic and the online platform rising to its pinnacle at an unbelievably fast pace. As the one contributing to the digital world, I appreciate the level of growth the industry has been showing in these tough times. But if I were to answer the questions related to the project pricing, we have a bit of speculation here, as the dealing is sensitive to various factors at both our and the client end. The number and frequency of the projects we get have definitely changed in the past few months. We had to adjust to the extremities of our environment to cater to our robust nature when it comes to adaptability. The nature of the projects that are being offered has also taken a turn which makes the fixation of the budget boundaries even more questionable. With these problems being common to most software developing companies, there is no definite answer for the economic viability of a project.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The future of every business is based on its vision and objections, setting the foundation for the entity. The aim should always be clear to follow that path set without deviating from the principle idea of the very nature of business. IBR Infotech is a software development company firmly aimed to design and develop innovative products for web and mobile platforms. Therefore, ten years from now, the company should be able to reach the top in the industry featuring it with a customer rating worth talking about and competing with. Also, as the leadership of the IBR Infotech, I would like to explore new genres of inspiration for my fellow workers to make the company a place of passion and synergy, producing great work.
