Review Summary

Impekable took over two on-going projects. They made significant upgrades to architecture, database, security, and front-end code for both products. They've also advised on and developed the new features for our products. Apart from feature development, they also have provided ongoing hourly support on our products. Their content knowledge and skilled team, paired with the knowledge of our products that they've developed, makes them an invaluable part of our team.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Extremely responsive and communicative; deeply and diversely knowledgable team; embraced the end-goals of our company as their own; flexible organization that doesn't feel top-heavy.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We work with them in a very informal way - which works for us! - but if you needed more formal processes for ticket tracking and issue management, there would need to be clear conversations outlining your expectations
