As a Chief Software architect and one of the co-founders, I am fond of improvising our business strategies by providing high-level solutions for IT-infrastructure. I mainly focus on designing and rendering software solutions to meet the real-time challenges and develop product platform to satisfy our client requirements. IOS was started with a team of 5 members to meet the real-time challenges of IT software with high-end technologies and innovative solutions. We intended to resolve the requirements of our clients by rendering unique software solutions like web development, mobile app development, custom app development, and gradually we evolved ourselves to offer latest blockchain development for our ever-growing client base.

We need to analyze the scope of the work like custom requirements, design, target audience, cost, timeframe, the complexity involved, additional features or integrations, size and type of the database, client preference, etc., to select the right platform or framework for developing the software.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
The payment structure depends upon the client requirement. We use fixed cost for any basic plan required, pay per feature for an additional feature to be included in the project. We also follow pay per milestone depending upon the available resources and the complexity during each phase of the project.

Yes, we prefer projects which meet our basic budget requirement, which is around 900 USD.
