Infintor is a well-established digital transformation consulting firm with a proven track record since 2014. We provide solutions and services to enterprises and SMEs globally and are a recognized Odoo partner. Our expertise in consulting, implementing, and customizing Odoo is unmatched. We have offices in India, Qatar, UAE, and the United States.
Our focus is on ERP implementation, digital engineering, mobile app development, e-commerce, web development, AI, digital process automation, IoT, and custom software development.
As the CEO of Infintor, my primary responsibility is to set the company's vision, goals, and strategies, and to lead our team to achieve them. I also oversee our senior resources, ensure the quality of our solutions and services, and build strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Additionally, I am always looking for ways to innovate, improve our processes, and identify new opportunities for growth and value additions. My goal is to ensure that Infintor remains a trusted partner for our clients and a leader in the digital transformation industry.
What is the story behind starting this company?
In 2014, my co-founder Arun K Vijayan and I made the decision to leave our jobs and start our own company, Infintor Solutions. At first, we worked from home, then moved to a residential premise, shared office space, incubation centers, and finally our own office at Infopark Kochi, India.
When people ask me why I chose to become an entrepreneur and start a company in 2014, I find it challenging to provide a straightforward answer. It was not a decision that we made in a single day, but rather the culmination of thoughts and ideas that had been brewing within us for some time. Even when I have expressed my reasons, many have not believed them. However, I can say that we started our company not just to earn a living or live a luxurious life but to contribute to nation-building. I was concerned about the growing issue of unemployment and the political debates surrounding it, and I wanted to do my part in addressing the problem. Thus, we began to think about how we could make a difference and create something of our own. And the remaining aspects such as strategy, products, services, and marketing locations were decided gradually and step by step as we worked towards our goal. We recognized the positive impact that entrepreneurship could have on economic development, job creation, and the standard of living, and so we worked tirelessly to establish our company, Infintor Solutions, and ensure its success.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our primary business model is centered around utilizing an in-house team of talented professionals to provide top-notch solutions and services to our clients. We believe that having an in-house team allows us to maintain control over the development process, ensure that our client's needs are met, and foster a culture of innovation within our organization.
Additionally, we have a large network of strategic partners who work closely with us to help our clients achieve their goals. These partners bring unique expertise and resources to the table that supplement our in-house capabilities, allowing us to offer a wide range of services and solutions to meet our client's diverse needs. Ultimately, our business model is designed to provide our clients with the best of both worlds – the stability and control of an in-house team, combined with the flexibility and reach of a strong network of partners.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our company differentiates itself from the competition through our expertise, innovation, customer service, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. We strive to push the boundaries of what's possible in IT and provide scalable, cost-effective solutions that grow and adapt with our clients. Our commitment to excellent customer service and responsiveness also sets us apart from the competition, helping us to build a long-term relationships with our clients.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Infintor Solutions caters to various industries and verticals, such as retail, human resources, manufacturing, and health and wellness. We have a mix of repeat and new clients, and our emphasis on providing high-quality solutions and services has enabled us to establish strong, long-term relationships with many of our customers. Though we don't have an exact ratio of repeat clients to new clients, our goal is to consistently surpass our client's expectations and become their trusted partner for all their technology needs.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Infintor Solutions offers a wide range of services, with some of the most popular being HR & Payroll management, Odoo ERP implementation, and e-commerce solutions. Our HR & Payroll management system streamlines and simplifies these tasks, while our Odoo ERP solutions help businesses centralize their operations. Our e-commerce solutions include website design and development, payment gateway integration, and mobile app. We are always expanding our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
At Infintor Solutions, we pride ourselves on providing excellent solutions and services to our clients and exceeding their expectations. We are happy to report that we have a very high customer satisfaction rate, with 98% of our clients expressing satisfaction with our solutions and services.
To ensure that we continue to meet our client's needs and requirements, we have a dedicated customer success team that is always available to provide support and assistance. We believe that clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail are key to building strong relationships with our clients and delivering successful outcomes. Our team works closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
At Infintor Solutions, we offer a comprehensive support system to cater to our client's queries and issues. Our support desk is staffed by experienced professionals who are available to assist our clients with any questions or concerns they may have. We adhere to strict SLAs to ensure that our clients receive prompt and efficient support. We offer multiple methods for training and support, which include calls, chats, and remote access, to help our clients get acquainted with the system and resolve issues quickly if anything arises.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Infintor Solutions offers various payment structures depending on the services provided. The company offers fixed costs with an annual maintenance contract for some projects, charges based on milestones achieved for others, and provides subscription plans for some solutions. Infintor works closely with clients to understand their budgets and payment preferences and creates flexible and tailored payment structures. The company's objective is to deliver high-quality solutions and services while providing transparent and fair pricing to clients.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We do not have a minimum budget requirement for the projects we take on. Our charges are determined based on the specific requirements of the project and its complexity.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
In 2022, at Infintor, we catered to implementation projects ranging from 2500 USD to 75000 USD. We also offer subscription-based solutions starting from 75 USD.
