We believe in passionate customer care. ‘Adding value’ is our mission when we work with our customers. Our team members are obsessed with getting the results and meeting customers’ expectations. Having worked with start-ups to industry leaders, our customers have enabled us to create Web & Apps that add value to their products and services.
What is the story behind starting this company?
After leading IT for a 24x7 /mission-critical operation and being fortunate to learn and receive mentoring from its founder, starting InfoRox was a natural progression for my passion. I started InfoRox to create and deliver innovative and quality products & services.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our passion for creating a more impactful and more engaging customer experience appears in everything we work on. For us being innovative is a necessity.
We make a fanatical effort to get results. As we provide IT security services as well, all our development work is scrutinized for Web Security Compliance.

As we provide a host of services, our customer base is remarkably diverse. From Tech start-ups to national household names, we have worked with all kinds of industries.
To name a few, we have delivered services to NHS, Education sector, Property Market and Hospitality Industry.

In the last 12 months, we have delivered projects related to web, mobile apps development, IT consultancy, IT security, and online marketing.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Customers can choose to call our helpdesk, email, or log issue via the customer support portal.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It depends on the nature of the project. With bespoke development, payments are usually tied to deliveries, milestones, and completion of sprints. Our customers have total clarity on payment structure from the start.
For other development work and consultancy, we do a ‘discovery session’ and are generally able to offer fixed price project costing.
