Being a founder my first job is to develop quality solutions for my client’s industrial requirements which help them scale. Client/Product Success is always the team’s success and is counted as our daily motivation. I manage all the major business operations of the company. This includes Client acquisitions, Delivery Check and End to End Process smoothening from planning, execution until delivery of service. My expertise is into Automation-Operations planning which provides for complex and sophisticated infrastructure automation planning and successful implementation on a scalable platform. This process involves Right Technology check (platform decision), Consumer Behaviour Understanding, Business Model Understanding, Market Analysis, Competitor analysis, Feedback Flow and an excellent quality service to the end customer. I help in the product design (UI/UX) part. We are very specific about the User Experience, Product Performance, and our Timely Quality Delivery. At a higher level, I keep myself involved with the team in the whole process of product development so that together we can develop the best solutions for the clients.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
It started with a small idea to support the tech ecosystem once we started working for a couple of clients to understand their tech hurdles and making a better infrastructure for their enterprises. Sooner things got converted into Industrial Responsibility. Today we are serving no more than 500 clients on a global scale, and this thing motivates our whole team to work nonstop with 100% dedication.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a service-based IT Company (Tech Agency), and our business model gets mirrored in our team. We offer them the best training by industry experts who expose them to the industry at large, which, in turn, adds value at the time of any development.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We not only develop the product for our clients but, we act as a ONE STOP SHOP SOLUTION PROVIDER (you get everything under one roof into Technology, Mobile, Web, Digital Marketing, Branding, Promotions, etc.) Our team of experts helps the client grow, scale and get set into the market as well.
Apart from this, we help them to do a Right Technology check (platform decision), Consumer Behaviour Understanding, Business Model Understanding, Market Analysis, Competitor analysis, Feedback Flow and an excellent quality Service Support & Maintenance too.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are serving to many industry verticals including Govt of India: Ministry of Home Affairs & National Crime Record Bureau. Some of the verticals are FoodTech, HealthCare, Nightlife, E-commerce, FinTech, Education, Real Estate, Event Management, Fashion, Cryptocurrency, Media, Fantasy Game, Laundry, etc. We are serving too many repetitive clients on their different projects and there supporting enterprises also as a permanent Technology partner.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
Before developing a mobile app, we do our research which includes Business understanding, Competitor analysis, Understanding of similar businesses, specifically, in terms of Automation, End Customer requirement and then we go with the first stage of wireframing which is followed by Screen Design by the Graphics & Branding team (which is the most important UI/UX part of the app) and in parallel the Development team starts developing the infrastructure backend. Timeframe analysis is based on the time duration required to design, develop, take feedback, quality check and again take input and then finally deliver.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
A Quality Application takes around 2 months on an average (based on the scale of the project) to get it developed after quality testing. Sometimes for Large scale products, we plan phase wise delivery with the client so that the Go to Market strategy never fails for a client with his product.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
Today Technology all around is expanding its wings. We have many options to choose in terms of the platform as well. Nevertheless, we need to understand the Business requirement, Customer Need, and the End customer use before choosing the right platform the mobile app.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
When anyone approaches us with an idea, we suggest the platform based on the following hierarchy:
1. Idea Understanding
2. Customer base Understanding ( Behaviour/Trends)
3. Understanding the scale of Product/Launch in the next 6 months (at least)
4. Then suggesting a platform to them based on the flexibility of future advancement and scalability.
1. For a start-up, who want to put an idea to test in the market, we first suggest them to start with an Android app & sometimes a website app so that iOS customers are also not missed entirely.
Android has the most significant customer acquisition ratio in the mobile market, which gives a larger pool of customers for the product using play store services.
2. In the case of a broad scale Idea which focuses on a diversified audience and has a proper scale planning, we suggest them both Android and iOS as both platform put together will ensure that their customer stays with them.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
All the platforms have their qualities, and we should be smart enough to use them based on how much time we have for product development. Native app development is suggested first but in case of small requirements or maybe having less time for development, and looking for MVP and validation we recommend them Hybrid App Development based on Ionic, React Technologies.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
Cost of Mobile App Development is based on Development Duration on the following parameters:
1. Mobile App Branding Expectations
2. App Screens Development
3. Backend Development
4. Quality Development
5. Quality testing
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We follow Standard Payment Structures based on Requirements. For major projects, it is a fixed cost with respect to fixed time duration to complete the process, which is followed by milestone based payment cycles.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Budget is an important factor here. We first focus on how big/small the project requirement is, and then the duration to develop it. Here we check the minimum budget to meet.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The Average Budget we catered in 2018 was: $7000 to $18,000
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
Aggregation is the model which fits into every industry, and anyone could do wonders with it. But most of the time our focus is more on the idea/viability/practical scope and Go To Market Strategy, helping clients in successful market execution, which, in turn, inspires us to do better.
