For a B2B SaaS client, we provided comprehensive inbound marketing services including content marketing, on-page SEO optimization, off-page SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), brand development, and campaign generation. Additionally, we completely redeveloped the entire inbound email funnel for their sales channel: the free trial email campaign. Using advanced automations, on-site events, and personalized messaging to each user and their engagement level with the platform, we created a high-converting inbound email funnel using ActiveCampaign.

The results were highly successful, meeting and exceeding client goals including a tripling of organic web traffic, a doubling of on-site conversion rate, and significant growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). RESULTS & STATS:

  • 334% increase in organic traffic
  • 418% increase in search impressions

THE CLIENT:

ClockInEasy is a mobile app & web platform for employee clock-ins and workforce management. With a strong development and design team, but faced marketing and exposure challenges. ClockInEasy retained our services for a broader strategic overhaul. Working closely with both the product and operations team, we got to work on addressing some core customer needs—both in the communications strategy and improving broader audience-market fit. In this capacity, we developed a multi-front content strategy and generated assets for both inbound & outbound campaigns.

The mediums covered included social media, advertising & promotions, web copy & SEO, blog content (including improving its visibility & reach), and both inbound & outbound email marketing campaigns. The email campaigns were implemented with personalized content, audience segmentation (by industry and on-site behavior) & message targeting. Content was A/B tested for optimal results and automated funnels were constructed according to a series of conditional logic parameters.
