Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
GoodFirms is amazing to spur companies’ growth if used properly. It should be part of everybody’s way to improve their visibility only but more importantly, GoodFirms serves as a safe place to have reviews by clients who can log in with LinkedIn to increase the veracity of the claims.

While GoodFirms is best in values, leaderships’ intentions, and has the longest history, others are encroaching on its leadership. Around 1/20 of my traffic is from GoodFirms.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
Many years ago I was accepted by many top universities. At the time I realized that if I go to Cambridge, UCL, etc. I may have it easy in life. The entitlement and the ‘safe’ jobs that come along with such academic titles would spoil me. Instead, I decided to make myself one of the most valuable marketing experts in the world. Today, judging by the authentic praise I’m getting from clients, I believe I have achieved this goal.

Individually, by learning and working with over 120 clients I have achieved a level of depth and width in understanding marketing like nobody else I have met though I’m sure there are more humans like me. From strategy to execution, from understanding partnerships of Fortune 500 companies to doing the SEO or posting on TikTok. I have covered it all. My role now at iSEE MarkComm is to develop the processes and the methods so clients that cannot afford my hourly rates could simply hire my agency that works under my supervision. Aside from running iSEE MarkComm, I do individual consulting for VIP clients and sometimes act as an intrapreneur in companies that ‘smell nice’ to get equity from. I also discount my rates to work on projects that provide me with the missing know-how to remain at the top of my game globally.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.
We at iSEE MarkComm don’t work with everybody but we aim the clients that share our values that sustain humanity. Once we match with the clients in values and understand their goals, we do the scoping exercise that helps us set the KPIs that define the sustainability of our partnership. How we set the KPIs? We start with the big picture and strategic thinking, and from there we go one step at a time on the mind-ladder to reach a lower level of abstraction, down to concrete indicators like the average number of expected likes on social media posts.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We aim to grow in quality, not in scale. Aside from focusing on digitally native B2B brands with the agency (not myself personally), we grow by investing in technology not by employing new people. AI has a native home at iSEE MarkComm along with many tools we procure from third-parties or make ourselves. We don’t just any technology, but those that can provide us with a provable ROI for our clients.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We aim all digitally native B2B companies with traction or supported by VCs to forge partnerships that can last perhaps forever. We feel romantic about our clients. All our past clients are in some connection with us, but the unique side of iSEE MarkComm is that as clients grow, they can eventually ‘buy us out’ and take our marketing team serving them in-house.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most?
Now I am fascinated by marketing automation and my focus is on automating the marketing at many organizations in 2020/21. This has been a niche and a very strong revenue driver. However, the agency offers all types of services ranging from thought leadership support to digital PR and ad management.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
Here are my top 3 factors
i.    Cultural match between employees, clients, and the agency’s leadership. 
ii.    Clear expectations and transparency of the work needed to be done and the KPIs
iii.    People, people, people, people… how people are hired, trained, and managed.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
Here are the factors we consider when deciding on a project:
i.    Potential value-added by us
ii.    Potential costs involved
iii.    Clients’ budgets and market power
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
Since the #coronavirus pandemic started, we now have three pricing options:
i.    Pre-paid packages that are then subtracted with the hours invested from our pricelist of hourly fees. These start at just $5000.
ii.    Monthly subscriptions (paid in advance for a period without contracts or monthly with contracts). These start at just $900.
iii.    End-results oriented projects where we set the goal and we already have the price list. These start at $3000.
We do have a price list available for serious prospects.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
Most of the agency’s clients before 2020, were clients who had at least $50k to invest over a year.
Name a couple of activities that you think to provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Thought leadership is an incredible medium-term revenue driver in B2B. Everyone needs some mindpower these days. Other than that, automation gives the best long-term ROI as it opens the doors for cross-selling and upselling.
