Excellent cooperation in re-engineering CRM system

My name is Anna, I'm a founder of Langlobe company, that provides eLearning services. JoinSoft company worked on the re-engineering of our CRM system, which needed to be updated with new tailored functions, such as more advanced automation of marketing and sales, a possibility to analyze funnels' effectiveness, the usage of different channels to interact with customers (not only emails, but social networks and calls), and new features in contact management. Also they integrated our CRM system with a chatbot and offered a better UX design.
I can describe JoinSoft team as a creative and reliable partner, they provided fresh ideas, and everything was done according to the established deadlines.

What do you like most about the company?

JoinSoft is a reliable partner, we liked creative solutions and punctuality, they're attentive towards client's needs and requirements. The workflow is fast and the team meet deadlines.

What they should improve on?

I cannot mention any serious drawbacks, because our cooperation was smooth, there were some bug improvements, everything was fixed according to our comments. I highly recommend this company!
