JPLoft, an International Web and Mobile App Development Company have successfully established itself as a leading company in the mobility world within a short period, also providing services in Game Development, Digital Marketing, and Hosting. We have over 10+ years of industry experience and consider ourselves leaders when it comes to innovative technology such as IoT, Blockchain, FinTech, Salesforce, and more.
Apart from having our head office in India, we also have offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand with 50+ experienced and certified developers/designers.
As the CEO of Jploft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., my job is to ensure that not only my customers but also my employees are satisfied and happy. I do this by furnishing qualitative work to our customers and by creating a good work culture for our employees.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?
The primary motivation for starting Jploft Solutions is to provide employee empowerment and a 100% commitment to customers. We love to keep transparency, so we have regular communication with our clients. Through our offshore development, we provide a service that is genuinely unique to others in the industry, at affordable and competitive rates.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an in-house development team. For each process of project development and project management, we have a solely dedicated team of skilled resources. There are independent teams of Project Managers, Business Developers, Business Analysts, Programmers (separate for Android, iOS, and Web), Designers, Digital Marketers, and Quality Analysts to take care of each project.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Jploft believes in transparency, and for us, communication is the main factor that keeps the clients satisfied. We stay in touch with the client during the project and keep them updated about every step taken in the project. Not only we, but also the clients clear their doubts, and this helps in understanding every aspect of their views.
We send our clients progress reports and ask them for regular feedback. This helps us in improvising and delivering excellent results.
Our business model is beneficial because we stand with our clients throughout their business journey. We provide them the benefit of SEO, which helps in their business growth. For us, the project is completed only when they get the entire amount they invested in their plan, along with interest.

We primarily cater to industries such as e-commerce, education, social media, healthcare, location tracking, real estate, IoT, business-oriented, and on-demand services.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
Well, the principal time parameters in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app are the scope of work, use cases, functional points, complexity, and clients' specifications.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
On average, we take 3-5 months to develop the front and back end of a mobile app. But the time requisition mostly depends upon the complexity of the client's requirements.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
Before selecting the right platform for apps, the key parameters that we keep in mind are Client's Budget, Client's requirements, Security (Payment gateway), Geospatial data of user base, and Database (Cloud, or offline data).
Other than these, the essential parameters are- requisite effort, scalability, reusability, compatibility, and environmental considerations.

Which platform do you suggest your clients begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
We deal with both Android and iOS. So, before suggesting a platform to our client, we consider the key parameters mentioned above.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
The choice of the platform depends on the market the client aims for. After discussing with the client, we suggest the platform according to their business requirements in detail. Other than that, it is also essential to consider the critical parameters mentioned in point (8).
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
The cost of mobile depends on various factors such as Complexity, Supported platforms (iOS /Android/ Windows phone), Online / offline app, Native / Cross platforms, Universal app, and most importantly, the number of working hours required by the team.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
It varies according to the client's requirements. Generally, we have three pre-defined models-
• Milestone model
In this model, after the clients' requirements, we provide them Ballpark time and cost estimation. The final cost of the project is divided into multiple milestones according to its features. If the client requests for any amendments in between the milestones, then the milestone time and cost will be expanded accordingly.
• Time & material model
In this model, we put one or more team members into projects on a scheduled basis. We usually bill customers monthly for all services provided along with the weekly and monthly reports.
• Dedicated model
o Model A- Designer/ Developer only
A dedicated developer/designer allocation with direct contact.

According to our pricing model, we take $5000 as the minimum budgeted project.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The price range of the projects we catered in the year 2018 was almost the same as what we would expect from our clients this year.
