Kohactive was approached by a top Transportation Management Company to help build a customer dashboard that can transform the way they engage customers and share updates. We worked with the company to design and build a new dashboard using human-centered design and an agile development process. Our team conducted user interviews, built prototypes, usability tests and then help their IT team build out the first version of their customer dashboard. The new dashboard enables customers to view shipments, track and trace, subscribe to updates, submit claims, and much more.

Candoo is a mobile application built for college students to network and share their skills and expertise. The application enables students to find peers that can help with computer problems, moving, iPhone repairs, and much more. It's a marketplace for students to share their skills and earn some money. We helped design the UI for their product and help build a functionality prototype.

Select Home Warranty is a nationwide home appliance insurance company based out of New York that has been providing best in service insurance for almost a decade. When a customer's appliance would break down, SHW was there to dispatch a contractor to assess or replace the product. As the company began to grow, their manual dispatching process was proving to be too slow and inefficient. We helped SHW build a robust claims automation system that would automatically send out notifications and assign a contractor without an SHW representative having to do anything. This automation tool reduced contractor dispatching times from hours to minutes.
