Ideation : We believe that not all processes need blockchain. It makes more sense to apply it on some use cases rather than others. Some clients approach us with a clear idea, whereas others come to us with a business problem, with no preconception So the first thing we do is understand your needs & requirements, then we mutually brainstrom an actually good use case which is directly addressing the pain points or cutting down costs from your organizational processes. We’ll also discuss ypur current IT infrastructure and other doubts that we may have in order to develop the end-technology.

Proposal : We’ll put on our thinking glasses and brainstorm ideas as per your requirements, do a feasibilty analysis, identify system and technologies for migration to blockchain, refine use cases, define technical component and roadmap for the solution. We’ll present couple of practical options to acheive what is envisioned, determine the budget and deadline, prioritize the development of different stages involved.

POC/MVP : Mutually pick the simplest, important and most essential use case for POC/MVP. Work on creating user flows, user interfaces, design technical architecture etc. and thereafter, create a blockchain based Proof of concept or a minimal viable product which integrates into an isolated sandbox environment with your data and you get to see the solution operate in a simulated environment. Then comes the testing and a little field trials – we’ll test the POC to confirm that it sticks to our standards and can be scaled upon as decided.

Roll Out : A full-scale production system requires a much greater commitment to the blockchain application than the prior stages. “Production is out in the wild, where it has to scale and all the users have to be happy. Now comes Provisioning, identifying and focusing on scalability and security concerns, creating a delivery milestones – pre alpha, alpha beta and deploy on main chain. Extensive testing and monitoring are also required in the intial stages to enusre smooth transistion.
