What is the story behind starting this company?
KRV Guru was started with a passion to create a difference in the space of digital marketing. The main motto is the entrepreneurial zeal to succeed in the market and help clients grow in their business. Before the inception of the company, I had interacted with many of the business owners, who were facing setbacks with their digital marketing strategies & roadmap. They did not have the right kind of people to help them. Solving the hurdles of these clients was the thought that gave rise to the company.

Our business model is completely in-house. Because we can work as per our guidelines, standard & client service models. We have a perfect in-house business model which follows each & every step that is required to deliver the best results to the clients.

We do not have any specific boundaries to serve our clients. Because we believe digital marketing & IT Services can be done for any Industry and any vertical of business. But, till now We have worked with some of the industries like Politics, Entertainment, Real Estate, IT & ITeS, Education, Healthcare & Fitness, Retail & Hospitality. We have worked with some of the popular brands as well as with numerous startups & have delivered successful results for them. We have more than 70% of repeated clients.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We believe customer satisfaction is the utmost priority for any business. We have more than 70% of repeated clients. The number itself shows the level of our customer satisfaction. We put a lot of effort to deliver the required results for our clients. We have an Internal process to verify the SLA of customers.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We believe immediate support for a customer's issues is necessary. We keep ourselves in the customer's shoes to understand their issue and resolve them promptly. We have internal tools to monitor and understand the process of customer support. We Keep track of all customer emails and requests, resolve their issues as quickly as possible. We look forward to saving time and responding quickly to our customers.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We understand that for any project to take off, Retain or Acquire a client Pricing model plays a vital role. We have various business models & packages which suits the client's need. Even in most of the deals, we work on customized packages for our clients. Most of the time the budget is decided based on the complete need of the clients. Our business model is completely in-house. Because we can work as per our guidelines, standard & client service models. We have a perfect in-house business model which follows each & every step that is required to deliver the best results to the clients.

We truly believe in this. It is important to deliver the best to customers because your most happy customer can get you good projects. So we do not have any basic budget requirements. It all depends upon the project requirement.
Sometimes, We feel that the initial requirement may be small for a client but working on it may help us and our client to understand the process, our capability. We believe that clients should understand our skillset, process, commitment, and work deliverable which will definitely help us to get a few more clients.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020 & 2021?
As mentioned earlier it all depends upon the project requirement. We always believe to cater the needs of the client with the best optimization of available resources and cutting down unnecessary costs also.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The future is Automation. Most of the marketing work has already been automated with some of the remarkable tools. We would like to gear up as a MARTECH agency that is going to meet the needs of the upcoming era with AI & ML tools. We are planning to develop a product that will bridge the gap in the next paradigm shift.
