Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?

LeadValets is a leading digital and traditional marketing agency. Our slogan, “We Open Doors For You” is indeed what we do. As the President of LeadValets, I lead a client-centric organization that helps businesses achieve financial security and success in which they never felt achievable before engaging us. My passion for our commitment to ethics, integrity, and best-in-class solutions that help companies hit their financial success. Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.

We look at six different parameters before we allow a client to engage us. We help them if they need it, to define these six points.

a. Short, medium- and long-term business goals.
b. The strategies to achieve the goals at the digital level
c. The channels to use
d. Action and development plans
e. Investment and budget
f. The timing and roadmap

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

For our company, we lean on three differentiators.
First, we promote our unique marketing model and our superior client customer service, including response time to inquiries.
Our business model of exposing and shoring up holes within the company before engagement is way beyond what other agencies in our class even think about doing. And finally, we need to show that we are investing in our employees, contractors, processes, software, and our client’s success.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repeated to you?

We have three primary industries we are in, construction, health, and auto. We know these industries well and have proven plans which create a faster ROI for our clients. Almost 99% of our clients are repetitive.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most?

We help with their customer engagement processes, their SEO, Google My Business, and reputation. These are what most of our clients lean toward, but some also want social media ads and web design too.

What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?

It is how successfully you convey these qualities to your clients:
A. Quality of work – We have some of the highest standards in the industry. We will not work with anyone that has less than exemplary work standards and honesty and integrity.
B. Results – Our results are based on realities, not what the client wants to here.
C. Aligning with values – We make sure that everyone involved from the top, down, across, zig-zagged, or dotted line, all understand and uphold all standards to their best ability. When there is the weakest link, we fix it immediately.
D. In-house expertise – We bring over 32 years of sales and marketing experience to the table with just our President. Combing everyone is impressive, with no one with less than ten years’ experience in their field.
E. Effective communication– Everyone communicates, often, without hesitation.
F. Problem-solving skills – Our team can not be beaten to take a problem and without hesitation, melt it down to a concern. We then address the matter, build a work standard for resolution, and move on.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?

Costs are very different for each client. I refer to the top for the answer. We have to know a client is a fit before we even begin to price. Next, it depends on just how much work is involved and where the client wants to be.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?

98% of our clients are billed upfront for the month, no contracts.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

We were at a minimum of 2200.00 and a max of 12,500 for 2018.

Name a couple of activities that you think to provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.

Our digital marketing involves four things, ranking, quality of digital properties, initial offering. And the ability to handle the customer experience to maximize sales, referrals and repeat customers. Without one of these components, the others lack the key to success.
