A Battery Management System (BMS) with integrated state-of-the-art algorithms for improved SoC and SoH parameter measurements.

Challenge

We aimed to build an advanced BMS with improved accuracy of SoC and SoH algorithms and ASIL-D features for hybrid electric vehicles and electric vehicles with a team experienced in AUTOSAR development. The scope of work covered such safety features as Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Temperature Protection, Short Circuit Detection, Cell Balancing, CAN Communication, and Faults Handling.

Lemberg Solutions’ data science team developed enhanced SoC and SoH algorithms that suited the requirements of high-reliability automotive applications. The improved algorithms use data from such sensors as temperature, current, battery chemistry, and capacity — thus enabling 96–98% SoC algorithm accuracy. Our algorithms ensure correct driving range determination, prolong battery pack lifespan, and reduce the risk of fire incidents.

CELLINK (part of BICO) is a Swedish bioconvergence startup that is a leading innovator in the development of bioprinters and biomaterials. Combining biology, engineering, and computer science, CELLINK is furthering the evolution of technologies for creating bioprinted human organs and tissues.

The challenge

Scaling their business at a brisk pace, CELLINK wanted to find a reliable tech partner with solid experience in the development of IoT systems who could provide experts in С++, Qt, Embedded Linux, Marlin, MQTT, and Flutter. With bioprinters already in production, CELLINK was searching for a dedicated team able to maintain their code through bug fixing and polishing to make their bioprinter devices function even better.

Lemberg Solutions was able to quickly set up an initial team of Embedded Linux/Qt engineers and later scale it based on actual business needs. Our client was happy to have us quickly onboarded and ready to improve their Qt and Embedded Linux apps as well as a customer web portal built on Flutter. Aside from fixing bugs and refactoring code, we contribute to developing new features allowing for more convenient 3D modeling of human organs.

An automated system for pig-weight monitoring based on image recognition with the help of computer vision and non-iterative neural networks

Delivered value
Our team of data scientists and embedded engineers have designed and built a computer vision-based prototype for automated weight monitoring in pig farms. Based on a set of non-iterative neural networks and an innovative image recognition algorithm, our prototype allows visual estimation of an animal's weight.

The work is still in progress for this project, as we’re improving the prototype to make it into an easy-to-use handheld device. 

As a keen supporter of scientific development, Anaxam required an original website with responsive animations that would appeal to the tech community and emphasize the uniqueness of the company’s services.

The challenge 
The client required an engaging site since they provide services that move forward the scientific progress. Anaxam aimed to look innovative in the rapidly developing world and to clarify their value for clients from diverse industries. 

Delivered value
Partnered with Digitalution, Swiss digital agency, the LS team provided Anaxam with a convenient site full of interactive parts. While visitors can now easily navigate through the website, and our client has gained an opportunity to rearrange site blocks in any possible manner. We developed adjustable pages so that the client didn’t have to worry about breaking the site’s integrity if the blocks had to be moved.

We provide Open Social with a dedicated full-time web development team. Together, we develop and maintain the Open Social platform itself along with a variety of enterprise projects based on it.

iOS and Android apps developed with Flutter for youth soccer club management.

The challenge

The client already had their contact base and a WebView-wrapped application written on Flutter. To further expand their business, they needed a more user-friendly version of the mobile app that would meet the needs of both iOS and Android users.

We developed the Byga mobile application both for iOS and Android. Byga is an operating system where coaches, children, and their parents can fully engage with the club community. Thanks to Byga, everyone stays on the same page and conducts day-to-day operations with ease.
