My role within the company is very hands-on and touches almost every aspect of the business. It starts with marketing going into business development, customer support, and project management. I like this approach because it gives me the opportunity to see all aspects of the business as we grow and scale and have a clear understanding of where our strengths and weaknesses are and adjust them, which allows us to operate with lots of agility.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The company was founded in 2017 by three people which saw a gap in the market in regards to providing quality service in the BPO industry. We noticed that the talent pool is extremely bright and having the proper expectations in place drove to amazing results.  There was a missing puzzle between the client and the local staff that managed the expectations and led the expectations.  We wanted to fill the gap and be that missing puzzle. Having grown up in the United States for 12 years and returning back to Ukraine we knew something had to be done and that’s when we formed LimTC. We combined our knowledge and practices of the western market to deliver a service that would resonate with our customers and 3.5 years into it we feel we are doing a great job and foresee a bright future ahead!

We are a local Ukrainian BPO company that works with international clients.  Outsourcing is the proper model.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
LimTC is a family-owned and operated business that truly values each and every single employee that is brought onboard. We don’t just hire, we hire bright and talented people and create an environment for them where they are valued and have the opportunity to grow professionally and learn.  We are all about teaching and learning. Additionally, we focus on building strong recruitment teams which do an incredible job in recruiting, training, and retaining employees. The senior management team was raised in the United States which has created a very dynamic atmosphere that combines the western mindset with the Ukrainian culture and hunger for learning. Our focus is to grow organically and bring on only clients which share our values and vision for the future!
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our target Customers are in the SaaS industry. This is an industry we are very knowledgeable about and have already built a good foundation for existing clients. This doesn’t go to say that we don’t work or accept clients from other industries such as health care, Gaming, eCommerce, and Insurance.

Helpdesk & Customer Support: In today’s world businesses understand the importance of customer experience and satisfaction and in most cases, it becomes a daunting task to the staff, train, and retain such employees to deliver exceptional customer experience. For this very reason, businesses come to us knowing that it’s a long-term partnership that will provide the best in class Helpdesk & Customer Support services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our NPS rating in 2020 was 66.4 which we are extremely pleased with. We understand the BPO industry and the biggest aspect is building trust. For many business owners, it’s difficult to send part of their business to a different part of the world so we assure you we close this gap to our best abilities. To achieve this we certainly show our experience in the industry and our clear understanding of our client's problems and our solution to the problem by building a team with LimTC.

Moreover, we open all possible communication channels to assure our client has consistent and non-disruptive access to his team, the project manager of his team, and even the senior management of LimTC.

Additionally, we’re a technology-driven business which not only offers top talent with professional management but likewise years of experience with various software solutions and ideas which we offer to our clients to assist where we see the business could use improvement to work more efficiently. This goes to say that we’re not just a strategic outsourcing partner but also a consultant which will help improve many aspects of our client's business.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Each client we bring on board we offer a three-layer support system to assure the best service is provided. Firstly, for each client, there is a requirement to bring onboard a team lead who will be in charge of the local team in our Kyiv office and oversee team training and performance. Secondly, each client is provided with a Project manager at no extra cost which is a senior member of the LimTC team who oversees the delivery of exceptional service and available 24/7 in case the client has any questions or issues. Finally, each client is provided with direct access to the senior LimTC management team especially the CEO for any last-level escalations for a quick resolution.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
In all cases, it’s a per employee, per month billing model which is fixed. This makes things very simple for both parties having a clear understanding of the amount to be billed for each month depending on how many employees they have onboard.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
LimTC is open to all clients. We have worked with small start-ups but what was important for us was that we shared the same vision on how to build and scale the teams to deliver exceptional results.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
2020 was our best year since the company was founded. However, I don’t feel that the price is what matters. In 2020 we brought onboard new SMB clients and received an NPS of 66.4. This is a great indicator to us that we are in the right place and providing exceptional services to our clients.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
It’s certainly hard to say since we haven’t looked that far ahead and considering how fast markets and businesses are evolving, especially considering looking back to 2020! We do see ourselves as one of the top global leaders which hope to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. The future is bright and certainly Limitless with opportunities!

We hired a total team of 19 agents with LimTC. The teams were broken down into Lead Generation, Account Executives and Customer Success agents.
Lead Generation team has increased the inflow of leads by roughly 165% since we started working with LimTC. The best year yet the team delivered 230% YoY growth in leads! Appointment scheduled to appointment conducted rate was at a staggering 85% where before we could barely achieve 40%
The account executive team was responsible for conducting the meetings and basically selling the products. In the first year the team delivered 150% increase from the year before and the following year stood at about the same which is completely fine for us.
Customer Success team focused on upselling and cross selling our products, features and various add ons.

They boosted the pace and I was able to launch 2 Reward Me on the planned date of the launch. It will always be the financial factor. I believe they are a bit expensive, however their pricing is reasonable for the value they deliver. Their team is built of professionals in different fields and it makes sense that keeping them on-board has a high cost!
