What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have very flexible pricing at Linguidoor. Here is some ex of our pricing structure. We charge on a per Word basis, per Page Basis, and on a per Hour basis. As per the project requirements, we prepare the quotation so that the client will be benefitted.

Our payment structure varies in accordance with the type of clients and kind of project. When dealing with B2C clients we go for upfront payment. However, when dealing with B2B clients our payment structure ranges from 14 to 30 days payment term which is normal in Germany. For some clients, we bill after each project but it's not same every time. We also bill our clients on monthly basis.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
That’s very interesting actually. The range is very flexible and big. We at Linguidoor have no such criteria of the minimum requirement. We strongly believe in solving the problem of our clients and provide services in clients' budget as we respect our client's pocket. For example - in 2020, our minimum budget project was USD 2 and Maximum was 30.000,00 USD. We take care of all the queries and requirements from our client.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Again, the pricing differs from project to project and as per the requirement. We consider different aspects while sending the quotation. Most important is The Language Pair, Volume, Domain, and Delivery time. We quote normally on a per-word basis. But for B2C Clients it's normally per page because they have a Certificate and another document for Translation. For Services like proofreading and Review, we charge on per hour basis also. As you can see, we are quite flexible with our pricing which helps our clients to choose the pricing structure they want. We value our relationship with our clients that’s why we follow a well-developed pricing strategy with no hidden charges as a key to our commitment and success.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We look forward to being a renowned translation company in Europe. We also aim to design and develop a cost-effective project management tool for small and medium- size translation companies.
