They promised a fast delivery but failed

Luminary claimed to be able to deliver in a week. It took them over a week to come to perform a survey. Then 8 days later i still don't have a RAMS. I have no delivery date and nothing to give the landlord to get the work authorized. They give deadlines and repeatedly fail to meet them. Customers do not seem to be their priority.
