Real-time synchronization for Magento

1. Hosting improvements and SalesForce sync
We transferred the store from AWS to Nexcess. The most important feature we have done is the complete real-time store synchronization between all areas of the website.

2. Bolt checkout
To improve the cart conversion, we used Bolt checkout. If the website goes down (for any reason), the users won’t notice this: they continue seeing the cashed pages (Cloudflare cashing option) and finish checkout.

3. Site search optimization
The search algorithm has been rebuilt: in the new version, we’ve done the search by categories instead of attributes.

Back-end portal for multiple vendors on Magento

1. Convenient leasing process for the end-user
The user can configure rather flexible rental options, suggested by the vendor and synchronized with the main website.

2. Custom checkout
Once users get to the checkout, they can easily configure delivery and return options suggested by vendors. Charge for chosen delivery options will be automatically calculated and added to the total amount.

3. Super Admin Panel
The admin panel allows working with two entities - administrator and vendor and allows the administrator to add vendors.

Migration from XCart to Magento with specific customizations. Boostmyshop ERP module installed to meet the needs of this project.

As the client has several warehouses around the country, so we've built a custom checkout to optimize both the work order process and customers' experiences.

Extended the functionality of the Magento Inventory and the ERP system allows ordering from different suppliers as well as determining the number of goods based on the stock history.
