MakeWebBetter is a digital marketing agency that is helping businesses all over the globe to find and fix their business problems by providing optimized solutions and improving conversions. For the last three years, we’ve catered more than 5000+ clients, with our products and services.

I’m Himanshu Rauthan, Director at MakeWebBetter, my role here is to plan strategies and align resources so that we get better results inadequate time. I look after the overall activities throughout the organization for smooth flow of processes.

Our approach is to understand our client’s business and try to see problems from our client’s perspective. Every client has a different business and hence, different marketing needs. We make sure to choose the right channel, the right method, and the right set of processes to get the best out of our Digital Marketing Services. The audience is very crucial for marketing, and our goal is to identify the right audience for our clients. We plan our strategy keeping the target audience in mind.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are here to change the definition of Digital Marketing. Instead of marketing, we want to focus more on customer experience. Nothing is truly marketed until it’s sold, that’s what we believe. And, nowadays, customers are hardly interested in buying because of the promises we make before the purchase, but the experience they get is not up to the mark. So, if we keep the customer experience in focus and build a digital marketing strategy around it so that we can make, a little, if not a huge difference.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cover all the digital marketing spaces, including Pay-Per-Click(PPC), Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Google Analytics, Social Media Management, Marketing Automation, and Web Design and Development. This helps us serve a wide range of industries like e-commerce, health, food, automotive, travel, and fitness, to name a few.
Yes, our customers are repetitive. About 45% of our customers are repetitive.

Clients approach us most for PPC, SEO, Marketing Automation, and Web Design and Development Services.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
Digital Marketing is all about brand visibility, trustworthiness, and customer loyalty. Until you set your goals which are near to these critical points, you are not going to achieve the best out of your strategy. Audience reach, engagement, conversion, and retention are the key points of any buyer’s journey.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
The complexity of the project, the time required to meet the client’s desired goals, and the amount of effort that our skilled resources have to put in to achieve these goals are the main factors that we consider before deciding the cost of a project.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We don’t have a fixed structure of payment because we cater to a variety of services and products. For services, we charge one-time payment, ranging from $25-$100/hr depending on the expertise required, while some clients choose monthly plan instead of onetime payment as it is more reasonable when dealing with a variety of work. For products, we provide discounts for multiple product purchases. So again, it depends on customer needs. But our product pricing is listed on our site and for any query, you are free to contact us.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
Our projects range from $550-$15000.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Defining a couple of activities which provide the best ROI would be unfair as every different client has some different needs which we have to cater to. Different needs mean different digital marketing practices and different strategies. Still, I would rate PPC and SEO as the top-performing digital marketing fields for us.
