Experience with Making Sense building Client-Facing SaaS platforms for US markets
Review Summary
We have had Making Sense build three major SaaS platforms for United States commercial use. We have found Making Sense rallies around 1) Customer business goal and 2) then applies an outstanding Agile development methodology and tools to build to meet these goals. We have found the Making Sense technology employees to be very highly skilled and generally strong ability to use English. For example all Agile daily stands with their 14-16 person teams are all in English. Occasionally we have to replace a team member due to skill mismatch but Making Sense is responsive and absorbs the transition costs.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
