I am the founder of IT recruiting company EvoTalents. The main channel of digital sales in our area are social media networks, especially Facebook. Our goal was to find an agency that will help us set up an advertising campaign on Facebook correctly and after that will be able to teach us how to do it by ourselves inhouse.
Malachite developed a strategy for paid campaigns, selected the types of campaigns that would be effective for us, set up new campaigns and optimize them. Then they made individual training for us.

Review Summary

We run a development company that provides high-quality electronics development and embedded software engineering services. Also, we work on computer vision, ML and IoT solutions.

We needed to improve user-experience and user-interface of our existing website. We looked for the professionals who would suggest us handy user experience solutions and could apply trendy UI on it.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Malachite has the ability to understand end-user needs and somehow can implement design solutions in a simple way. We were very pleased with how the guys understood the business side of the project. So from the very start to the end, we’ve been on the same page. Their team always kept us up to date.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, I don’t have much to add. Work with them looked like a nice journey.
