Motivated, skillful, full stack web development crew led by a wholesome, honest, and motivated founder

I have been working with Tony Marsella, the CEO and Founder of Marsella and Co for a few years, back when he was scrappily doing anything he could to support businesses he cared about. As Tony took it from a solo shop to a full-blown web dev agency, I'm honored to continue our partnership.

Tony's team does all our web dev on our custom WordPress website and we have begun to develop custom web tools and further help us accelerate our revenue streams. As expected when you scale from 1 to more than 15 in a few months, there have been some bumps on the road, however the team's dedication and rigor are second to none and I look forward to continuing our partnership and supporting their growth along with our own.

Tony and his team support our unique WordPress instance and do all our web dev + work with our backend hosting team. They are also expanding the utility of our website by building new web apps and weaving them into the website to drive traffic and increase engagement across the site

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Excellent, thoughtful leadership and direction from Tony as they grow

No project is too big or too small and the team is able to quickly scope out MVPs and get to reasonable deliverable timelines

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We've experienced some dropped communication moments which was to be expected as the team scaled + we have switched comm methods a few times.
