Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
Max Vision Solutions is an excellent software company working as a core technical development for many businesses. Our company primarily focuses on  Web Applications, Website Development, Mobile Application, Digital Marketing,  Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Max Vision Solutions acts as a backbone for
many known websites and also helps developing brands to grow. We work with enterprises across the globe. We believe in providing A-class services to our customers. Max Vision Solutions also provides strategy and consulting services.  
Incorporated in 2011, we have earned a vast experience in our field and achieving our milestones successfully. We believe in customer satisfaction and emphasis on the quality of the services we provide.

I proudly introduce myself as the CEO of Max Vision Solutions. My role is to keep the company on the right track by providing direction to my company as well as to my employees. As a CEO, one of my main objectives is to motivate my team leaders and employees. The morale of my employees is very important to me and I ensure that my employees are achieving their personal objectives along with their organizational objectives. What was the idea behind starting this organization?
We sow the seeds of the firm in 2011. Our main focus was to expand and learn along with it. We offered a lot of businesses an opportunity to grow with us.  We help enterprises to make an impression in the eyes of the customer and gain their trust. This not only helps businessmen to expand their business but also helps them to make their way in the good books of their customers. ​We Started our Business when the Internet was growing at a very high rate to help businesses to grow in the Digital world.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We facilitate an in-house team of 50+ employees and we are in the process of developing every day. We have experts in every field having great experience and knowledge in their respective domains. We handle all the projects and assignments within the office. We have a proper team of web designers, programmers, graphic designers, content writers, and many other job responsibilities. We try to deliver a satisfactory performance to our customers to ensure long-run business with them.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies’ models?
We believe in Customer Satisfaction. Our company has great expertise in Customization. We deliver exactly what our clients want, which helps us to achieve our primary objective i.e; Customer Satisfaction along with considering our customer’s perspective. We ensure that our clients stay ahead in their respective fields, therefore, we try to implement updated marketing models in our strategies. So that they can grow and grow. We intend to develop a memorable customer experience and consistently work to improve our customer satisfaction services. That’s how we will learn and grow.  Question 5: What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers  repetitive?  Answer: We serve to a countless number of industries but in general we cater to industries like Retail, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Legal and others. Yes, we have an impressive percentage (90%) of clients that like to come to us again and again for our services.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.
Every project comes with its own complexity and we treat every project like a new opportunity to learn. We analyze deeply from every perspective,  generally, we cover the dominating parameters that could be critical in nature like technical feasibility of customers’ ideas, Phases, tasks, resources. We run a deep analysis of every minor feature so that we can generate a satisfactory result.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
There are different parameters that we have to work on like: Problem analysis and Solutions designs, communication, Interfaces, Documentation,  Deployment, and Testing the expenditure of time depends on these factors. And at developing a good back end we have to consider time spent on Business requirement discussion, Planning and Architecture, Design and Development, and  Testing. Obviously, they take time, but with our expert developers and hard-working employees, we try to accomplish our projects in minimal time required.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application?
There are many factors that influence the selection of a platform for a web application, we take our time to select the right platform for developing a web application. We consider details as it should be simple yet creative, personal requirement of the client, speed and performance of the platform, Security features,  and budget. We conduct proper research and suggest the best platform for a web application to our clients.
Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in the development of your web apps?
We have a quite big list of platforms and technologies that we use but generally we use MySQL in Database, PHP in Backend, and for frontend HTML, CSS and Javascript, and as far as different platforms are concerned we prefer  Laravel, Magento and OpenCart. They are one of the best technologies and platforms we offer to ensure high-quality output.
Do you offer website design templates or customized website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
Yes, we offer website design templates, we give our clients’preference top priority we let them tell the idea they have in mind and suggest the best website designs. Moreover, we provide them with different themes with proper wireframe and even customize them. Yes, our website designs are fully responsive to all the devices.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc)?
We use Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal as our Content Management System, among all of these, WordPress can be regarded as the simplest Content  Management System. It is very easy to use especially for our clients.
Do you provide website maintenance services?
Yes, we do provide website maintenance services. As a matter of fact, we provide 3 months free Annual Maintenance Contract after delivery of a web application. We cover all the necessary maintenance requirements.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?
The major key factors that are considered before deciding the cost of a web application are the expenditure on time to complete the project, complexity of  the application, number of members required in a team for the completion of the  
project.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
We accept fixed cost on a project with Pay per Milestone basis for Web apps. Adding to that, we also provide monthly packages for E-Commerce which includes digital marketing and promotions.
​Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we accept those projects that meet our basic budget requirement i.e;  $5000. But once in a while if we see an opportunity with a project that can give us a bigger scope then we accept that project irrespective of our basic budget requirement.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
To present the price range numerically it’s $4000 to $12000 for the projects that we catered in 2018.
