We start our project in November 2021 and during 6 months we fully automated the proces of offering services online. Mentax Software starte with a good recognizing od our needs. With a human oriented approach we were fully taken care of. UX workshops and customers interviews helped us to prepare to the main job. It was a well-prepared process so building the solution was really easy and peasant for our team. We get the milestones on time and we could test the solution first before implementing. Communication and responding was really great and makes the cooperation flow better. After 6 months we get what we wanted in a very good price!
