CONTINENTAL TECHNOLOGY

​Continental Technology is a new player in the cryptocurrency industry, where lifestyle intersects with technology. By combining GameFi, their own unique Continental blockchain, Web 3.0, crypto wallet, and AI capabilities, the startup ensures the intelligent integration of all existing and new technologies, offering a completely new paradigm of digital interaction worldwide: more convenient, private, secure, and cost-effective.

​The main focus of the startup's development is the web platform, and our team's task was to fully represent its image, views, and advantages of Continental Technology.

During our initial communications, we identified the client's key business objectives at the current stage: attracting investors and launching marketing activities to expand the platform's influence in the market. Therefore, all subsequent work was geared towards achieving these goals.

​It was decided to:

​Create a futuristic design using animated 3D graphics that would accurately convey the value of Continental to the target audience.

Provide opportunities for further scalability of the web platform, including expanding functionality, implementing integrations, and introducing an interactive 3D room to promote the Metacontinental game.

Utilize high-quality content while maintaining optimal system performance on both mobile and desktop devices.

DEVELOPMENT STAGES

​The project development proceeded through several stages:

​Information gathering: We studied the client's requirements and business objectives, conducted an analysis of their existing website, and identified key players in the market. This led to the formation and approval of a clear project implementation concept.

Design: Based on the approved concept, we meticulously crafted and developed a prototype of the platform. It consisted of four main components: interface wireframes, UX design, a functional description table, and module block diagrams.

Atlanta is one of the leading real estate agencies in Ukraine. For over 20 years, the company has been assisting clients in finding residential and commercial properties, as well as addressing any issues related to buying, selling, or renting properties.

​An important priority for Atlanta is the development of its own digital infrastructure, aimed at reducing the operational burden on real estate agents and improving the quality of customer service. To achieve this goal, the company has launched its own corporate website, CRM system, and commenced the development of a mobile application.

 HOW WE BUILT THE PROJECT

​The client approached us with a request to create API methods for the application and the updated website, which would allow them to connect with the web version of the CRM. The work began with immersing ourselves in the context. We studied the client's requirements and analyzed their existing software, which revealed some problematic areas:

The mobile application layout provided by the client contained many implicit and undescribed logic points, which could negatively impact the user experience and lead to errors.

​The application needed to implement functionality that had not yet been realized in the CRM system.

We brainstormed potential changes and presented them to the client, after which it was decided to adjust the initial work plan. Thus, two new tasks were added to the main task of developing the API: incorporating changes into the existing application layout and adapting the capabilities of the current CRM to the new business tasks.

​Once the scope of work was clear, we assembled an optimal technical team, assigned project roles, divided tasks into sprints following the principles of the Agile methodology, and began their execution.

The Midnight technology team has developed a startup HELPER aimed at business automation in the beauty industry.

We were faced with the task of creating a convenient, functional and scalable CRM system that will supply salons with all the tools they need out of the box: the ability to register clients online, solutions for warehouse accounting, personnel management, bookkeeping, and others.

HOW WAS THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRM HELPERHELPER

​At the beginning of the project, we plunged into market research, analyzed potential competitors, their strengths and weaknesses. In parallel with this, the managers were in close communication with the client: they discussed his additional requirements and our ideas for the implementation of CRM.

​When the scope of work became clear, we distributed the tasks among the team members and began to complete them in sprints using the SCRUM methodology. Each of these sprints had a specific goal and deadline, so that the client always knew exactly what work was being done and what the result would be.

​We paid special attention to design. The fact is that HELPER was originally planned as a SaaS project, so we had to create a universal visual environment that would become comfortable for dozens and hundreds of different salons.

In addition to the CRM system itself, we also developed a project website aimed at attracting customers and solving marketing problems.

 HELPER FEATURES FOR CUSTOMERS

HELPER is a flexible and customizable CRM system. It allows you to create an unlimited number of branches of one salon and manage them independently of each other: choose different services, individual work schedules for masters and maintain separate customer databases.

​Consider the main service modules in more detail:

​Maintaining a client base. Information about the company’s customers is stored in a single database, which can be segmented separately for each branch. At the same time, an individual card is created for each client, which contains his personal information, visit history and reviews.

Personnel Management. The salon administrator can set up an individual work schedule for each master, a list of services provided by him, their duration and cost.

​During development, our team faced several priority tasks. One of them is to provide a high level of security. For its implementation, it was decided to create a non-custodial wallet, which, on the one hand, provides the user with maximum control over their assets, and, on the other hand, is reliably protected by blockchain cryptography.

In addition, for even greater protection, we have implemented three levels of authorization. Thus, the possibility of unauthorized transactions was completely excluded even if the device was lost by the user.
