We developed a new Home Page design as the old one had poor navigation, messy home page design, non-clickable banners, no block with popular products and categories, unstructured Header and Footer, and other design/UX issues, including poor mobile performance.

Colorado’s leading vape retailer and manufacturer with nine offline stores and warehouses. The client decided to move to Magento 2  faced crucial QuickBooks issues. The accounting system couldn’t cope with nine offline stores and was causing database corruption because of the enormous amount of data.

We migrated and synchronized 1.000.000 orders, about 100.000 customers, inventory and warehouses, customer rewards history, and other crucial data. Moreover, to make both systems work smoothly, we developed a custom script that synchronizes the latest customers, orders, stock, and rewards from QB to Magento 2.

Our client wanted to secure their business from minors and optimize the existing age verification process. The client faced several issues with EVS (Electronic Verification System). The problem was that it could hardly manage the different legislation of U.S. states. We had to develop an age verification solution that could automate the age verification process and reduce the number of returns and refunds.

Our client faced a high cart abandonment rate (almost 63%) due to poor checkout experience and slow page loading. To speed up a load of product pages, we did the following optimization: 

• Examined all clients’ modules and switched off unnecessary ones.
• Reduced the size of pictures larger than 500kb.
• Accomplished server and code optimization.
• Installed and configured Varnish Cache (web application accelerator that cashes site’s content)
• Disabled unnecessary JS, CSS.
• Optimized Amazon scripts. 
• Optimized items that have more than 600 subsidiary products. We managed to boost their load by 7 sec on average.

Our client had a fast-growing dealer network. Adding new dealers on the map manually became too time-consuming. We had to find a way to automate adding new dealers’ shops on the map and decrease the workload of store managers. 

We extended Store Locator Extension functionality and allowed dealers to add their shops by themselves.
