Molipse Agency provides professional solutions in the field of web development and IT consulting. We create landing pages, corporate websites, and small web services for businesses. Our main mission is to create products that solve the problem of the client and his business.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Since childhood, I was fond of technology and web design, so I knew exactly what area I wanted to develop in. As is often the case, it all started with freelancing. Once I was asked to make a small website for a company. The task was simple and interesting to me. In the end, my first clients liked my work, so they started recommending me as a developer to other people, which created a word-of-mouth effect. I was so passionate about web development that after a couple of months I firmly decided - I should create a brand, open an agency and move from a solo freelancer to a full-fledged business. And that's how it all began.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
70% of our own team and 30% of outsourcers work on the project. 30% are mainly copywriters and illustrators. We never allow more than half of the outsourcers to approach the project. So, we can fully control the quality of the process and the implementation of key work on the project.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
For the second year in a row, we are included in the TOP of the best IT companies in Ukraine, thanks to our diligence and maximum efficiency in the project.
It is very important for us to provide our clients with more than they expect. Each business is a unique system that requires an individual approach, so we find and implement the right solutions for companies, which makes us a TOP player in the market.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
We work in almost all areas of business. But we have more knowledge and experience in tourism, medicine, and B2B services. Therefore, companies from these areas of business are a priority for us.

In our experience, the key parameter is the speed of obtaining feedback during the development stages. The longer we wait for approval or comments from the customer, the longer the project implementation process takes. For our part, we always fulfill our promises on time (and even ahead of schedule) - this is very important for us.

It all depends on the specific task, the complexity of the project, and the client.

The first thing to consider is the load on the service. For example, how many users, orders, products should be on the site. We also consider functionality and necessary integrations. These are just some of the nuances that we consider.
Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?
In designing and prototyping, we actively use Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.

Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
We only provide an individually designed product. Templates are good for testing a product or service, but not for companies that have been in the market for a long time. Concerning responsiveness, our company provides a full development cycle, so the final site is fully responsive and ready to work on any device.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?
We prefer to use Tilda. Based on the tasks and needs of our clients, this is the best platform for website development. Today, it is very important to have a simple and flexible content management system to solve key business problems, and not waste time learning a hard CMS.

Yes, we provide services. All our clients receive free project support for 1-2 months.

We form prices based on deadlines and the availability of auxiliary materials for our work.

We are a very flexible company, so we try to create optimal conditions for each client.
Even if we receive a request to develop a site with an unacceptable budget for us, we try to help such a client in finding an appropriate developer.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
In our company, the project budget is not the most important thing. First of all, we think about the mission of the project and its benefits for people (no matter how romantic and noble it may sound). We are not interested in working with projects that have no real value, even if the cost of such a project is very profitable.
