I am a representative of MSN Global IT Solutions. Our business is to provide Web Development & Digital Marketing Services. We have provided exceptional services and solutions to a number of agencies. MSN Global mission is to digitalize our own people and to their ideas into reality. My role is to manage our distinguished services in the company and I’m really passionate about my role because I’m a digital marketer myself.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The start of MSN Global was to make IT common and accessible for even the common man with ease and this is the mission that is giving huge respect and definite success to the MSN team.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our company is based on the in-house business model.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are an IT solution and digital marketing company with vast experience over the last decade. It is believed in the IT world the thing that counts the most is experience when it comes to the quality of the service. We have worked with several companies of different niches, providing different services to the client. The best thing regarding the meetings and query entertainment of the client is that we are fully equipped with an experienced team and the most reliable platforms.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We as an IT solution and digital marketing company cater to food, real estate, eCommerce, the construction industry. Yes, we have 1 ratio of 3 repetitive customers that are quite satisfied with our remarkable services and are willing to work more with us.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Some of the services that clients approach us the most for are Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our customer satisfaction rate is approximately 70%. We take several steps to cater to customer’s needs and requirements. We have a handcrafted schema to identify customer needs and requirements i.e. conducting focus groups, listening to customers. We have deployed a project management system to our company that helps both us and our client to get notified of the situation and need. We offer customer support to be helpful to our clients.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have deployed a support system to our website to cater to client’s queries and issues. Moreover when someone is under our umbrella of services we form group interviews involving a small number of demographically similar people for taking notes from customers to understand their needs in a better way. We're using Google Teams (project management system) for our company that helps both us and our client to get notified of matters and need.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have pre-built monthly packages that you can choose from. For customized solutions, you have to pay per feature.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We believe no task is lesser than the other based on pricing. Yes, we take in projects which meet our budget requirement. It’s hard to quote any price without knowing the nature of the project and the service you want to acquire but still, for letting you know, our basic services start at a minimum of 100$.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
At a minimum price, we have done a project that limits to $100. If we talk about a price ranging to the maximum we did it done at $12000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the first 5-6 years, I see my company becoming to be a true expert and master at digital solutions. I plan to really immerse my company in the position, understand areas that can be improved on, really get to know the ins and outs of the business, and look for opportunities to make our own people as digital and efficient as possible. For the 4-5 years after that, I see my company as being a key IT business partner and liaison to the community. I want to be able to extend my expertise and offer help to clients worldwide. I would like to quote a saying of Larry Page the co-founder of Google ‘Always deliver more than expected’.
