Review Summary

Our company provides software for the insurance industry. As our customer base has grown, our needs for engineering talent also grows. We turn to Murano because they have access to world-class talent from some international geographies that are far less "tapped" than what we see domestically. Murano takes our job vacancies and quickly brings us candidates to speak with. When we find someone that is a match for our needs, Murano hires them and leases the resource to us on a monthly basis. Murano is very good at finding talent, but they are equally good at keeping our resources happy. The result is that our attrition of Murano engineers is very low. The value we receive from our relationship with Murano is unmatched.
