How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
It purely depends on the scope of the project. Suppose if we are building the custom development product, we need to spend 40% of the time in making the back-end development with API and remaining 40% of the time into building the iOS and Android apps. Another 20% time need to spend on UX, QA and project management. But if it is an existing code based products, more efforts won't be required to spend on back-end development.

Which platform do you suggest your clients begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
Usually, we suggest them to build together. Suppose if they don't have the budget, we recommend them to do with Web back-end development + Android for a non-USA customer. But if there is a customer from the USA, we suggest them to go with iOS as the first option.
Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
We recommend our customers to go with native iOS and Android code. We can fulfill their 100% expectation in native code. Suppose if we go with Hybrid, it will be having compatibility problem based on device, OS, and components.

All our customers come up with business requirements to build their apps to start the business or streamline the existing market. For instance, we have created food ordering and delivery apps to many startups. They used to generate the revenue by commission from restaurants and delivery fee. Also, I would like to mention that nowadays ads based app requirements have stopped.
