Nineseven is a web development agency specializing on E-commerce. Our main priority is to provide measurable results with best service for our clients and great UX experience for their customers. We work at e-commerce market more than 15 years and the main idea of starting own business was to create best way of developing e-commerce solutions based on our experience. Now we support one of the biggest e-commerce projects in our country.

We are a distributed resource company. We have in-house team, and with that, we have built several teams of our developers as separate units. Now we work as a managing company. We design architecture of e-commerce project, manage the whole team of frontend and backend developers and control the UX creation process. The requirements were to update our corporate site. We wanted to get a modern design and optimisation for mobile devices.

Our tasks were to increase the conversion from our site - Shangrila by updating the design, developing a new structure and connecting new communication channels on the site.
1C-Bitrix was chosen as the platform for the new site. This is modern and the most popular CMS-system in the CIS. Nineseven optimised the site structure, preparing the modern design and implemented landing pages for key services.
Nineseven was recommended to us by an SEO company. They gave a recommendation because they knew that Nineseven is specialized in launching high-quality projects. In the development process, we communicated with two managers, a designer, and several developers. All communication was conducted through the task tracker. All our requirements were solved during the project.
We are excited about the new site. We received a modern tool to promote our services. Also, the messenger and call tracker were integrated, what made it possible to increase the number of clients from the site. The ability to listen and hear the customer, recognize the customers' requirements and grow it to the finished product we found most impressive in the company.

The department of marketing was tasked with choosing a contractor for the implementation of the landing page for the main products of Idea Bank.

To achieve the planned level of conversion, implement the design in accordance with the modern requirements of web development, optimize the current pages of bank products and transfer them to the solution developed in Nineseven.

The number of landing blocks and the approximate content were determined. The content was formed in order to achieve further product flexibility. The competence of the studio's specialists was without a doubt. Looking ahead — we were not mistaken!

Even before the start of work on the project, we determined the composition of the landing page and the order of the blocks. However, during the preparation of the terms of reference, we offered a slightly different implementation, which suited us more than originally planned.

The project was launched about a year ago and today successfully works on many products of the bank.

We received a result that we are 100% satisfied with. Conversion of landing pages and their attractiveness has increased significantly.

We were attracted by the high expertise and competence of Nineseven. The company offered optimal and understandable solutions to our problems.
The project implementation lifted the existing restrictions on the development of our company and opened up new opportunities for a significant increase in customer satisfaction. Work on the development of the project continues and we feel the effect of the work done in the form of an increase in the positive feedbacks from customers, increasing conversion and sales.

Interactive greeting card

The project had a task in the shortest terms (about 3 weeks) to develop 2 interactive greeting cards that would allow congratulating the colleagues and partners of our company with Happy new year.
We developed 2 videos for these cards and further integrated them into our domains, implementing the logic of mailing, entering personal data and switching language versions. Additionally, the letter of congratulation templates was developed, so that our partners will be able to receive not just text in a letter, but a stylized html letter.
The results impressed us, in addition to video greeting cards, we received a detailed mailing logic. The project was ready on time and it was doubly pleasant.
The process was as efficient as possible, and communication with studio specialists left only pleasant impressions. The guys decided all our questions!

Nineseven is a web development agency specializing in E-commerce. Our main priority is to provide measurable results with the best service for our clients and a great UX experience for their customers. I am the founder of Nineseven and my work, for now, is strategy and business process development.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

I work in the e-commerce market for more than 15 years and the main idea of starting my own business was to create the best way of developing e-commerce solutions without issues that I have got at my previous job. Ten years ago, our local market was pretty bad and I’m happy that I was part of a great team that helped to improve our e-commerce market. Now we support one of the biggest e-commerce projects in our country.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

We have high specialization and it helps us to create maximum optimized processes for e-shop development. This means that our solutions already tested with our customers and the best of them we use in our daily routine. Our team works with e-commerce for years, so our experience covers many typical issues and we can provide an optimal solution without wasting client’s money and time.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?

We work with all industries that need to sell their products and services, but most of our clients were from the retail, automotive, telecommunication, and finance sectors.

We should inspect the client’s documentation. The main parameters are project structure and external integrations. Integrations part could be tricky because we should know how your applications share information – format and transport protocol. Our business-analyst can manage it for you. We can develop complete specification for your, with prototypes, integrations, backend and frontend architecture. Using this specification, we are able to roadmap, and detailed cost estimation based on a chosen technology stack.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?

This is specific from project to project. We can define some decisions that could save development time. The average time for an e-commerce project starts from 4 months.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application?

Key parameters are speed of development and application speed. Our specialization is Magento and Bitrix development. Both of these CMS are powerful platforms that allow us to build e-commerce products fast with high quality. Both of them have a strong community of partners, good support, and many built-in functions. However, if we are developing an e-shop with hundreds of thousands of products with thousands of customers per day, we use frameworks such as Laravel and Yii because they work faster when processing large chunks of data than CMS products.

Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?

Backend stack: PHP7+, MySQL, Redis, Laravel framework, Yii framework, Bitrix CMS, Magento CMS.
Frontend stack: HTML5&CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS Framework, VueJS Framework.
Mobile solutions: React Native.

Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?

All our websites are responsive. This is our service standard. We offer both templates and custom design development. Most of our projects use custom design, but when it’s not the main point, for example with a hi-load project on the framework we could use HTML-templates because the custom design is not the main criteria in that case.

Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?

Magento or Bitrix CMS, or custom CMS on PHP Framework depending on customer needs.

Do you provide website maintenance services?

All of our projects have a 1-year free guarantee service. In addition, we provide maintenance services for additional cost for example email marketing template development, plugin development, and integration expanding.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?

At first, you need to decide how fast we must deliver an e-shop and your SKU amounts. Depending on this, we can decide what backend solutions we could use, and estimate it.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

All of that. For small projects we work on a fixed cost basis, framework projects usually use the Time&Material model.

According to our experience project budget starts at 20,000$.
