We have built a system for ATM Indent management App to automatically reads mails daily and processes each mail information. System downloads attached PDF files and extracts relevant data from forms and tables in PDF files on real-time basis. System supports 30+ different sources, 100+ documents formats and process 30,000+ email daily.

We are developing EMI Promotion Platform platform for a leading global Data and Analytics platform company. “EMI Installments” are experiencing increased demand worldwide, as they deliver significant value to all participants in the payments ecosystem. In the platform, pre-qualified customer data provided by banks along with policies as required by them. eCommerce players connected on this platform can query for offer availability for any customer that comes on their website or mobile app.

Banks already use such services to get the data scrubbing done to run pre-qualified offer campaigns for various products like EMI on debit card, personal loans, home loans etc. In case of debit card EMI offers, after getting the scrubbing done, banks get into one-to-one arrangement with e-commerce companies to run campaigns on this database. The Client is providing a platform where we will hold the database on the bank’s behalf and run the campaign for them.

We are solving biggest challenge for client to consolidate all its different datasets and build systems and processes that seamlessly manage quick and secure access to the fast growing datasets and to upgrade to a big data architecture to support multiple analytics use cases like customer retention, risk and fraud analytics.

We built a data lake on the AWS Cloud that offered a unified view into diverse data sources. Client is able to retrieves data faster than ever by running its analytics platform on AWS. 

It is more important than ever for a bank to maintain a relationship with its current, hence it becomes important for the bank to obtain a comprehensive view of customers by leveraging data from various touchpoints in a customer’s journey. We developed a Customer 360 platform which tracks structured and unstructured data from various sources and generates customer insights. Customer 360 platform helps bank/relationship manger to track customer’s portfolio, account balance trends,  transactional activity and update data about recent conversations, etc. in order to maintain a good relationship with the customer.

This platform gives clearer picture of how customers may act, and based it bank/relationship managers can take action accordingly.

Building automated ATM complaint resolution system for 5’th largest ATM Cash Management company Globally. We have built an Automatic ATM complaints resolution system to cut down average handling time to near zero and relieving staff of menial data processing for millions of complaints . The solution is broadly divided into four parts: 1) Email Automation 2) Dispute Creation and Electronic Journal Parsing 3) Business Logic Implementation (Rule Based System) and 4) Integration with the Query Resolution Platform (Internal System comprises storing of data and frontend).

The architecture was designed in such a way that each module could be used independently, this modular structure helped to scale, accommodate new features, and meet growing business needs. As an end result, we automated 75%+ processes which resulted into drastically reducing customer complain turn around time.

We are developing and managing data platforms, data pipeline, data engineering across various use cases like digital manufacturing to products like connected devices. With 20+ end to end data pipelines and major framework enhancement we are implementing use cases like,

App provides an end-to-end secured encrypted solution to prevent ATM fraud during cash replenishment or maintenance. Mobile app is compliant with RBI’s ATM operations safety and security guidelines. It supports various measures to ensure safety and security like  user face recognition & comparison, geo fencing, encryption/decryption,  image and video capture etc.
