What was the idea behind starting this organization?

Passion! I have always loved investing in innovation! This inspired me to delve into the technology world and assess the bigger opportunities. With the same inspiration and passion, we give our best to help our clients get more than expectations.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have experienced in-house professionals who are skilled marketers and developers. We understand your business needs and then help you with the best of technology solutions. We work according to the customized needs of our clients.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

We have a very high recommendation rate. Not only this, but we are also maintaining a client retention ratio. We always focus on our strategy that will help us retain our clients. We keep on discussing the new opportunities and how we can be beneficial for them!

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We have successfully implemented our applications in Health Care, Restaurant, Agriculture, Banking, and so on. Because of our services, most of our customers are repetitive and always opt for a long-term partnership.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.

We do not give any random time-frame for the projects! We firstly consider features, testing, APIs approval time, third-party integration, the scope, and so on and then help clients with complete clarity. After decoding all the parameters we set a particular timeframe. And then keeping the scalability and risk factors in mind, we get started with the project.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?

Around 20% of the project time is consumed by the designing team, around 35% is involved in the backend development, next 25% is completely dedicated to the front-end exercises. The remaining 20% is covering QA and documentation.

It completely depends upon the client’s requirement and preference such as users, location, and interest. According to us, iOS is the go-to choice for most of the clients. Yes, many clients do prefer Android as the ideal platform to get started with. But, yes, it depends on their needs and preference!

Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?

I would definitely suggest going for mobile app development with native languages. The reasons are:

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?

We will precisely analyze the project scope. After this, we will consider parameters like the number of features, required skilled resources, platform, and timeline to come up with the cost of the project.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

At first, we will have a detailed discussion and calculate the cost and time estimation for the respective project. Accordingly, we fix the price and then get the scope of the work divided into small milestones. This helps clients get timely updates regarding the project and exclusively track the progress.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

At present, there are no such criteria. But, yes we are coming towards having our basic budget ready for the clients.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?

In the year 2019, we have delivered many projects which start from 132 USD.

Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?

It completely depends on the client’s idea of business and the target audience. We do chart-out the strategy for our clients to produce maximum revenue. At first, we will suggest opting for in-app purchases, advertising, and then also going for the reward system that is widely used by the app owners these days.
