A cloud-based time & attendance system that allows for employees' turnover control and the visualization of teams' work status. 

It can be accessed using a web browser from both PCs and mobile devices running on Android and has imprinting function that can be used via Bluetooth connection, card reader, or a QR code. Additionally, this system has facial recognition feature to prevent unauthorized imprinting and strengthen security.

One of our major clients specializing in the logistics industry was able to drastically reduce the man-hour to approximately 110,000 hours per year as this system has helped them to optimize work assignments based on a real-time understanding of every team's workload and status.

This system was built using the Lab-type Development combined with WF and SCRUM methods and is in continuous enhancement to update, enhance, and add more functionalities to meet clients demands.

Instead of a Full Scratch project that would take more time and resources, we have helped our customer to implement an end-to-end solution to manage a new brand restaurant at a minimum initial and running cost in a very short time by adopting an existing SaaS solution and customize it to fit our clients' needs and manage all crucial business aspects such as Materials procurement, Accounting, Inventory Management, BOM, and POS.

• This application manages the attendance of kindergarten students and calculates nursery fees automatically. Parents and Guardians can easily register attendance through IC card or smartphone touch which allows kindergarten staff to save time and effort over the manual calculation of nursery fees.
   
• It works on Android tablets and supports any Felica/Mifare card that is frequently used in transportation for smartphones with NFC feature which can be implemented at a very low initial cost.
   
• This project was implemented in a short period of 3 months from UI/UX design and development to delivery and achieved its expected results of saving time/cost and enhancing parents' and kindergarten staff’s experience
