I am the CEO. I devise growth strategies and also do client management and resource management to some extent.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Content creation has always been in my blood. I worked as a freelancer, and my clients were delighted with my work quality. They kept on returning and also recommending my services among their networks. Suddenly, I got a lot of work, so I decided to make the team to cater the larger scale's content needs. With a smaller investment, I launched my website, rented a workspace, and met all the requisite legal requirements. It's been a year now, and our clientele is increasing day-by-day, so is our team.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a full in-house team of writers. We do not outsource our work because we are committed to keeping our clients’ business details confidential. We just not write content, but we strategize as well. This is the reason our services help in adding value to our client's brands.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are open to communication, ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied. We do what we commit and make sure our content is unique and not plagiarised. Apart from this, we train our team to practice empathy while writing. As a result, our content highly engages and leads to maximum conversions.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Yes, our clients come again and again. The ratio of repeating depends on their content needs, directly proportional to their operating industry. We cater to various industries such as fashion, health, digital marketing, creative endeavor, fitness and health, e-commerce, retail, food restaurants, and real estate are the names of a few. However, we don’t do academic writing because it is illegal, and also we don’t do adult content. Else, we try our best to help our customers fulfill their content needs.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Mostly our clients come for SEO optimized content, web copies, blogs, e-commerce stores, and social media content from various niches and industries.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Its 4.7-star ratings because there comes hardly 2 to 3 clients among 50 who are not satisfied. We make sure to keep our clients in the loop and regularly share progress with them so that if they need some changes, those could be done on the spot.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our clients are connected with 2 or 3 concerned people in official groups. In case one person is not available, the other takes charge.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It depends and varies for different clients with their nature of work and unique requirements. If it is a long terms project, then we go with milestones. However, if it is a short-term project, we go with pay per word method.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we do take such projects because our ultimate goal is to help customers. We believe trust is important for building long-term relationships with clients. This is the reason our clients also recommend us further because we do not work to fill our pockets, instead deliver results. Thus, we focus on delivering high quality, and money comes itself.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
It went too high and too low in 2020 because of the pandemic's unrestful situation. However, we successfully managed our cash flows to sustain growth.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, I hope to have so much work, clients based and product-based that our workforce would be working in at least a 6-storey commercial building.
