LitBot implemented a rigorous data validation process, leveraging machine learning algorithms to cross-reference and verify attorney information. Regular audits and updates from reliable legal databases ensured the accuracy and timeliness of the data.

We ensured that the application showed and processed data on the highest win ratio of the lawyers, their cases and which sides they were on to successfully identify the best options for the users’ case. 

4rent.ca is an online platform that connects apartment hunters with rental property owners and managers across Canada. The platform can be used for apartment hunting in a selected area, but also for educational purposes thanks to its blog posts and a magazine on flats and lifestyle. It offers a user-centric experience and innovative features that make the rental property search process more efficient, transparent and rewarding. 

After the redesign one can create alerts for apartments trending in the chosen location and save leads or send contact information if anything similar shows up or if the price goes down. Users can see how the prices changed during a selected time period. The location map was downloaded and uploaded into a database with the locations such as postal code, census subdivision (polygon). To make the application even more user friendly, the platform offers tips on renting places in specific locations and information about various districts in Canada.

Pitbulls is an immersive and educational trading game that lets players get a feel of that Wall Street-like atmosphere and work on strategic decision-making and risk management. The game was brought to the Web by our software development team and it enables the players to play it online and as an addition to the board game. In this virtual trading simulation, participants take on the roles of savvy traders navigating the dynamic world of finance, aiming to build wealth and outsmart their competitors.

Challenges

When our software development team was given a task of bringing the board game to the Web, they had to answer several questions. We’ve not only come up with the logistics of the online game but also designed a user-friendly visually pleasing interface. 

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring that the application works fast and manages to present real-time market data feeds to the multiple players at the same time. The application had to store and process big amounts of data very quickly, and to stimulate the complexity of financial markets, there was a need to implement realistic and diverse trading algorithms. The game had to be accessible for players of varying experience levels and both for those who wanted to play it online and as an addition to the board game. 

Solution

We’ve designed a game that’s very easy to navigate and understand. We’ve used databases to store and process large amounts of data fast enough for all the players to have the same information at the same time. We’ve also built bots that enter the game and play with real life players. The mechanics of the game were designed in such a way that anyone can play it and learn from it. There are rooms to which players may join to enter the game with unknown players from all over the world, or they can simply create a room for themselves and their friends. The game allows the players to either play it completely online or to use the cards and betting system of the board game, and only use the online version for seeing the results of their investments.

In addition to real-time performance tracking, our platform incorporates a comprehensive tracking and inventory management system. It seamlessly schedules maintenance activities and generates insightful reports regarding the plant's overall performance.

Our system streamlines the maintenance process by automatically creating tickets that detail any issues detected by our advanced monitoring system, aptly named 'Soop.' These tickets are promptly assigned to skilled technicians for inspection and resolution. Furthermore, it compiles detailed reports based on checklists completed by our technicians during their interventions.

This platform serves as an invaluable tool by overseeing the entire maintenance process across multiple interventions. It diligently identifies oversights and errors in the management of solar power plants, making the jobs of technicians and managers more manageable and less demanding.

Using Take3Breaths can not only improve the mental and physical health of its users, decrease stress and improve sleeping habits, but also increase productivity and creativity, which can lead to the improved company efficiency, creativity, and productivity of the employees, as well as their wellbeing, happiness and job satisfaction.

Meditation in the Workplace, a company founded by Martin Hassall whose voice will be guiding you through meditations, specializes in introducing meditation to English-speaking companies, homes and offices worldwide. Martin is a former Financial Services, FTSE 100 company, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), who became a meditation teacher after learning of all of the benefits coming from it.

The ‘Take3breaths’ app provides users with 24-hour access to meditation techniques, tools and timers to help them to deal with the challenges of living in today’s world. Not only does it deal with anxiety, stress and sleeping problems, but also introduces exercises that can help us during the long hours of work, to create balance and keep us motivated, productive and relaxed throughout the long day at work and afterward.

Organizer is an Enterprise IT Management Software that connects employers with employees, and automatizes and simplifies the information flow.

Organizer is an internal management system for IT. The main goal of this project was to automatize and simplify information flow between employers and HR department and to collect data about social matters.

Main features

We’ve built a shareholder management system that helps businessmen deal with formalities.

Participating in the board meetings, document signing and all of the talks with investors can take up a lot of time and organizational skills. 

Adminflow provides remote company board meetings and remote document signing. It also helps investors communicate and allows tax returns with a few clicks. Customers say it’s a huge relief having all the formal things in order and easy to manage.

Wevisit360 is software for real estate agents that makes 360 virtual real estate possible, and it does it with style! 

It allows clients to experience visiting property online with just a few clicks and help agents to organize their time.

Tarot Routing. Spend less time planning.

We all know that failing to plan is planning to fail, but that doesn’t mean we need to spend hours doing it.

Tarot Routing allows you to plan driving routes quickly – you no longer have to look up your destinations on a map, allocate them to drivers, and then figure out which order to visit them.

Spend less time driving.

With Tarot Routing, your drivers will drive less to visit each destination. This is because jobs are allocated optimally to drivers, and each driver’s jobs are guaranteed to be performed in the fastest possible order.

Route Optimisation is the process where a computer figures out the best way to allocate Jobs to Drivers, and the fastest sequence for each Driver to complete their Jobs so that they spend the least time driving. Computers are far better at this than humans, and can do in minutes the scheduling work which would take a human hours.

Reduce planning time from hours to minutes. Reduce driving time by 10% – 25% compared to routes planned by hand. Increase the number of Jobs that each Driver can do in a day. Stop dealing with paper run sheets – dispatch straight to Drivers’ smartphones.

WHAT DOES TAROT ROUTING DO?

Tell Tarot Routing where your Drivers are (e.g. at your Depot) and where your Jobs are, then it will figure out which Drivers should do which Jobs in which sequence. Once it has figured this out, it can dispatch those run sheets to your drivers directly using SMS or email, or you can download them as master run sheet in excel.
