Thus, QA Madness was to provide a third-party perspective on the project and unbiased feedback on the software workflow.
The team divided the testing process into three stages – functional, cross-browser, and load testing – so that every aspect of the Magento functionality could receive enough attention. Our documentation and feedback helped the SupportDesk team understand the project more deeply, determine weak points, and fix them. The QA engineers helped to improve overall product quality and provided a comprehensive analysis of software flow.

The product QA Madness worked with is an extension that helps a user choose the best clothing size and fit online, making shopping easier. An Automation QA Engineer was to test API service and accompany the transition from Python 2 to Python 3 in short time limits.
All previously existing and newly designed API endpoints were covered with functional and integration autotests created using Tavern and Pytest. The QA engineer also ran regression testing to ensure that third-party services continue functioning as supposed after migration. It helped the product team improve endpoint data traceability and implementation of the application business logic, supporting a smooth transition to Python 3.
