Back in 2018, News UK undertook a major programme to transform the tech stack that has evolved from print editions to a new scalable and efficient platform. This platform was set to support the work of the media’s digital editors, corresponding to the requirements of its readers and their evolving models of content consumption. The rapid expansion of this programme required an extensive and efficient increase of News UK’s development capacity. A strategic decision to build a development unit in Bulgaria was made and Questers was chosen as a trusted partner to ensure the smooth establishment and swift growth of the division in the country. Almost right after its start, Human+ set up a collaboration with Questers. The company needed to quickly scale its delivery capacity with a team of RPA consultants. Human+ rapidly gained an increasing number of RPA clients and looked into delivery models that would allow them to swiftly scale up and down their resource base depending on the workload. The company implemented an agile off-and-on-site delivery approach, using market-leading RPA solutions such as BluePrism and BluePrism Cloud.

Sentiment approached Questers in May 2012. At that point, they had two developers in the UK office, led from a technical perspective by the CEO. Both cost and availability of talent in their local area were obstacles to growing Sentiment’s development capability in their UK office. In 2011, IMD had a growing portfolio of projects from iPad applications to delivering modern web applications for their executives. Naturally, to accomplish this, there was a need to expand the existing development team to cope with this high demand.
