My Self Bharat and I am the founder of Raindrops Infotech. My main role is to oversee the whole process of the business and see to it that the firm grows continually while at the same time offers the best-finished products for all clients. My skills include effective strategic planning, analyzing, forecasting, and budgeting for various projects, team building, in-depth development, and implementation of different types of IT procedures and policies. I also excel in all aspects of IT project management. I also have great skills when it comes to communicating with others, and my adapting personality has enabled me to adjust to the changing trends with the industry in a better way. I was always passionate about “building something innovative and meaningful”, and it inspired me to provide the solutions through technology. We are happy to see it works and we are able to bring our clients’ dreams to life.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a passionate, friendly, and experienced in-house team. In case we don’t have a specialist necessary for a project, we recruit them at the client’s request. They cover all stages of the product development cycle from system analysis, wireframes to design, code implementation, quality assurance, and launch.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
To answer this question, I can better to show you my profile on certain Portals called Freelancer and Upwork where I always manage to get 5 out of 5, but I guess that may be against your rules to publish those URLs in this interview, but I must tell you that I had managed to hold my client since long, and we have good repetitive works, even in this pandemic, we are the least affected firm which shows my client trust on my company.
As far as service to the client, I had marked one thing for 10 years that quality is a king no matter what kind of product you got and to maintain quality, it is must that you got better requirement on hand while starting a project, but this is not the usual case because in a dynamic environment you will always have a change in requirement on later or in between of project, so we used to follow Agile methodology to meet the change request of project. Project requirement gathering is a crucial stage for any product and on completion of that we used to create a sprint backlog as part of scum methodology and on agreeing on that acceptance criteria, we used to start development so the development team and client both remain aware that what they are trying to achieve as a final result.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We are offering free support for the next 30days after completion of any project or product if there any bugs that’s what is written in our proposal although of the board, I used to help them for 3 months without charging but if there any major change request then we used to charge them hourly.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have a flexible development model and payment structure. Fixed Cost Development with the Pay Per Milestone, which gives full assurance to clients that they are paying for what they have received. Our many clients work on a dedicated model with having monthly billing cycling, and hourly project-based billing.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we do take projects which meet our basic budget requirements, this helps us to justify the resources and efforts we are putting into our work. And our minimum requirement is between, $5,000 – $7,000. However, we would be happy to consider a project below this budget if the client is B2B and has long-term goals.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
The minimum was around US$5000, and the maximum was US$150000. Also, we help start-ups and always try to meet their budgets. Still, it completely depends on their business/project requirements.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I don't have concrete answers to this question, because I feel that if we will do a great job for our client then things will automatically change. But to somewhat specific to this question, I want to establish my self as a great service driven company where their client do trust blindly when it comes to any web or mobile product. We are a small-cap firm and giving employment to good strength and would firmly believe that we can still get good employment in the next span of the years and that would satisfy me.
One more point, we are exploring Python as a part of artificial intelligence language and I think it is a game-changing point, and if everything goes as per plan, we will be the next good Python development firm too.
