About project
Dodo Pizza is an IT company where pizza franchise is fully automated. Mobile apps development became one of the most awaited event for the company and its franchises in 2017.
Our client set an ambitious task for us - it was to create the best pizza order apps in the world.

Our task
Develop mobile apps in collaboration with client’s team. We are providing all the knowledge and experience needed to create the apps. Client consults us on the product, API in Dodo IS and design.
Provide high technical level of product, be ready for quick changes and experiments.
Make apps architecture ready for scaling in other countries, where business processes may differ notably.
Our results
Project’s indicators such as audience reach and orders rate exceeded expectations almost twice.
iOS app came in first place in “Food and beverages” chart on AppStore within the first week after its release.
Apps got more than 5000 positive review in stores within the first two months.

Our team has created a solution based on VoxImplant service that has been integrated into client's system and allowed to conduct interviews by phone in real time. The main advantage of this solution is possibility to create complex interview scripts, react on answers that are being received during interview and recognize interviewee's speech.

Live streaming app for charity fundraising
Live video streaming of interesting people and events made to draw attention to humanity causes
About project
Californian startup GoWatchMe literally “Makes the world a better place”. Project’s main idea is to draw attention to humanity issues with live streaming of interesting events by interesting people who care. Famous people do something remarkable and broadcast it live to collect donations that will be then transferred to a charity.
Results of our work
Project was completed in 2.5 months. Initial backlog estimate given by the team was 2-3 months.
Development process based on SCRUM methodology allowed client to be included into the product development and communication with the team as much as possible.
Project has been developed without terms of reference, basing on fixed budget and time. Requirements were formed together with client by rolling wave method.
Development on Node.JS allowed to meet almost all the scaling and load requirements out-of-the-box.

We've developed platform for Data Science Contest organized by Sberbank, Russia's largest bank.
This contest had the largest number of contestants ever recorded for such an event in Russia - the previous one was held by Avito event based on Kaggle platform and that result is now doubled.
Platform had to bear quite high load: it would reach around 50 requests per second, 80 on base, contestants generated several dozens of GB of content. And all this worked without a single crash on quite an average AWS server. The platform on Node.js has handled all requests really quickly: almost all of them in less than 0.2s, with ~5K TCP-sessions taking place simultaneously.
Original estimate for the project was three months, however we've managed to develop it within one month.
