Resume Wolf

Aaron currently hasover 10 years of experience as a copywriter and slightly less as a human resource professional. He decided to start ResumeWolf in 2018 with a partner as we felt that our skills were only being put to half their real use. As business psychologists, we have worked extensively in recruitment, from building competency frameworks to conducting job analyses and developing selection criteria. We have trained hiring managers and interviewers and run extensive case studies using thousands of resumes, and it is here we realised we could make the biggest impact.

Aaron hold a Masters in Organisational Psychology and Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Communication from Murdoch University. While pursuing my postgraduate studies, he has drafted numerous resumes for peers, colleagues and clients at University who have used them to successfully launch their careers.

In addition to my work in recruitment and selection, Aaron is a certified Hogans Practitioner and career counsellor as well as a registered psychologist. As a professional member of both the Australian Human Resource Institute and Australian psychological Society, He keeps himself at the forefront of goings-on in the industry.
