Typically, customers visit multiple properties before deciding on the one they want. This consumes a lot of time and it gets inconvenient if a property is far from where the customer lives. In this case, visiting a property would not only be time-consuming but also expensive.

A conventional way for the real estate buyers is to see the property in brochures, but they are not interactive and do not give an immersive experience to the customers. Here, the VR technology comes in the picture.

VR technology helps solve these problems, allowing millions of people to virtually visit properties by providing them with an authentic feeling of the place. This is especially beneficial for NRIs who are investing a lot in India these days. In a couple of minutes, potential buyers can virtually visit plenty of locations and decide which are worth visiting in person.

For creating VR Archviz walk through of the property, we require 3D graphic files from the architects. Then, these files are optimized by 3D graphic artists, making them compatible with different VR headsets.

Results

Potential buyers can simply put on a VR headset like Gear VR, Oculus Go, HTC vive, Oculus Rift etc and experience immersive, three-dimensional walkthroughs of properties, without leaving their homes, saving them a lot of time and money.

The client was using CRM and ERP products where the customers can chat with the support executives online. There were two major issues in this system, cost of the resources and the dependency of business entirely on the skills of the customer service executives. To overcome this problem, we designed a chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for them, with different departments/rooms for different problem areas.

We designed an interactive Avatar, with AW Sumerian tools, that will answer all the questions with detailed information to the clients. The client will initially be in the welcome room as soon as they start chatting with the Avatar, where they will get all the necessary information about the company. After that, based on their needs, the client would either be redirected to the “Customers” or the “Consultants” department, where they could get the answers they are looking for.
