I'm satisfied with the work that ScaleupAlly did for me. They assisted me on parts of a big project for one of my clients.

Most of the work was API work so pretty technical, which I needed help with. They have always thought along to come to the best solution. The code they delivered was good, not perfect but that is only normal in such a technical assignment. It is also the responsibility of the client to check the completed work, and all feedback given is always neatly processed.

Even after completing the assignment, my questions are always answered nicely.

They are always very supportive and help with any problem that could come along the way. What we like We're looking forward to jump into our next project with them very soon.
Pros :
  • Sollution oriented when we explain the next steps to them.
  • Friendly communicaton and relatively active on slack, gives small updates.
  • That they are able to understand our needs and implement them in a smart effient way.
  • Very informative and good at communication on video/voice call. .
  • Love that its a young innovative environment with several resources available if needed.
Cons :
  • Lack of time estimations, when asked for different tasks. .
  • You should inform western cultures when of your vacation/holidays in order for us to plan ahead better.
  • Slow implementation and have missed deadlines because of illness/other factors - A fix would be to inform even more on slack.
  • Would love more suggestions and thought on framework/ideas/priorities because you are very knowledgable.

The team was always available to meet, would put in extra hours to get the job done, was always positive and motivated, and was very knowledgeable about the Power BI platform so that we were able to get the dashboards done quickly.

Our vision is to help new-age companies scale up their technological capabilities by providing on-demand access to world-class talent.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
ScaleupAlly has various tech resources in the in-house team ranging from cloud tech to Business Intelligence. Apart from this, ScaleupAlly also has a network of freelancers working with us as a part of our talent pool. This gives us the edge over other companies as you get the expertise of various Tech stacks under one roof and that too without any hassles.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We differentiate ourselves from the competition ie IT Shops/Agencies in the following 3 areas -
  • Fixed Talent Pool: IT Shops are incentivized to utilize their full-time developers, even when they're not a great skill match.

We are in the B2B sector. The major industry we have been working for is Ecommerce/Marketplaces, Retail, Education, Consulting, and Gaming.

Yes, we have a huge base of repetitive customers who have been associated with us for years now. 60% of the clients end us becoming repetitive/extending the contract.

Moreover, 1 out of 2 customers always refers us to another client.

For us, our customer satisfaction rate is the highest. It is the most important thing in the service industry. This is what helps us to retain the customers in the longer run.

To cater to customers’ needs and requirements we follow a proactive approach, solid project management strategies, and sit around and talk about how we can do the best for the customer, we remain highly responsive and work efficiently. We always provide a good quality experience to the customers and always pay attention to detail to deliver the best from our end.
 
We are being rated almost 9.4 out of 10 in our services across various platforms like GoodFirms, Upwork, PeoplePerhour, etc.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
To address the client’s issue we follow a proactive and process-driven approach. We understand the problem statement in detail and address the issue according. We remain highly interactive and responsive even post-deployment of the project, thus resulting in more work and more referrals for us.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
As our major clientele are startups, the payments have to be kept flexible. We work in Fixed Cost where the Project scope is fixed, otherwise, it is an hourly model.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We work on projects with comply with our efforts. The minimum budget we have worked on is USD 1000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
In 2021, we catered projects ranging from USD 1000- USD 20,000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, I see the company with a pool of more than 2000 tech experts creating an industry-changing platform. We at ScaleupAlly want to develop some major industry-changing solutions.
