Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.
The success of our projects are based on having clear objectives. We spend the necessary time at the beginning of all your projects helping our clients define the objective of the project. At first sight, all clients want the same, sales!, but in order to generate a sell, a person passes through a process that starts with the Awareness of the product or brand, to Considering the product, and finally making a decision to buy it. We go even further with post-sales automation strategies. So a strategy in today’s world, where people want immediate service and we have customers learn about the product they want to buy, read reviews and listen to friends, the simple approach to just selling a product no longer works.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
There are a few digital agencies that have been around for 20 years. They usually come and go and move with the waves. We have been successful in 3 main areas. The first one is our capacity to innovate, adapt, and understand the market in order the provide the right strategies for our clients at each given time. The second is that our core values haven’t changed, because the strategies and service may vary with time, but our commitment to our team and our true passion for seeing our clients thrive hasn’t changed from day one. The third area that as I mentioned earlier, ee work challenging projects and look for long term relationship with our clients, not a one night stand. This simply means that we have learned in these years how to be of real value to our clients, that we really see them as partners.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We work on a monthly based fee and clients usually have contracts of 12 months. I would say that 50% of our clients have more than a year with us (some have 5 years) and 50% of our clients are new projects that can be from existing clients or new ones. It is always good to have new clients that keep us fresh.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
In 2020 most of our work is focused on e-commerce and social media. E-Commerce involved everything because, in order to have a successful store online, you need to have a winning product, great images, communicate with your protentional buyers, articulate your story, implement a well-targeted campaign, and more. We also help companies define their best options in these new times so that they can migrate to a digital platforms.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
I can give some of the ingredients, but the real ability is how to use them wisely to create an awesome cake. A successful Digital Marketing Agency needs to know their business well, need to hire, train and look for the best skilled and motivated people and have a process and tools to be able to run on the cloud. You also need to have core values and stick to them.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
We have always tended to think that we give more than what we charge to our clients because once we are working together, we are partners and need to commit 100% to the success of the project. Having said that, we know our operation costs, and based on that we decide to embark on the projects that we really believe in.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We try to define the admirative and payment issues at the beginning so that we can concentrate on the work that we have to do and not spend time dealing with these issues. So we work on monthly payments that we stabilized from the beginning.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We don’t discuss prices in public. Our projects vary greatly based on the complexity of the projects in terms of development and ours we need to dedicate strategically. We are entering also in some cases to work as partners with some of our clients when we see opportunities and have common goals with the companies that we are working with.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
The best ROI happens when we use the right tool for the right audience. In order to do that, sometimes we need to implement and measure, it is not always easy to determine that with the first actions. In all the times that I have listened to successful stories of companies, CEOs never begin saying that they had an idea, they implemented and boom the company grew steadily. The stories are always companies that start with an idea and face struggles and challenges and are precisely these same challenges the ones that helped them build a better company. This also happens to our clients. The most successful projects that grow in time, are the ones looking for long-term and solid growth and not the ones that focus on the best ROI. If your company is already striving, then focusing on ROI is very important.
