We really appreciate their involvement in the project, they made sure that our designed mock-up was well established as per technical requirements, for which we had multiple meetings with design teams that were necessary for the product. SegWitz took care of the subsequent phases of product development after that. For the MVP, we went through a number of modifications depending on user feedback, and each feature was QA-tested before being released.

The project was completely designed based on our requirements by internal UI/UX design and we needed a Virtual space set up to show our ideas as per our organizational needs.

Their pace and quality of work are amazing.

Their communication is really smooth.

The team is also highly responsive.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Nothing major that can be raised as an issue, just a few bugs that appeared quite a lot of times but that is part of the process so it's alright.
