What is the story behind starting this company?
The idea to start a DevOps & Cyber Security firm came when I saw one of my friends was struggling to scale up his e-commerce application and he faced (DDoS) attack on his website so I decided to help him through my network and he paid me well in return.

I am a technology sales & marketing professional with over 11 years of experience, but the first steps in this industry I took as a freelancer.

I realized that the demand for DevOps, Remote DBA's, Cyber Security services is constantly increasing.

We're continually hiring and looking for new talents. It was the perfect time to start Serverlt.com.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
95% of our customers are repetitive and our customer service & service is our strength.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide great customer service to our customers:
-    We know the most important rule in providing excellent customer service is to be affectionate and friendly.

-    When a customer, or prospective customer, takes the time to contact a business they are looking for some type of assistance. they generally want initial information, additional information, resolution of a problem, we have Implemented customer service software which helps us to avoid losing emails in the system or response times being delayed.
 
-    We categorize and prioritize the emails we receive.

-    Customer service is a team effort so we have deployed dedicated account managers in place.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Fixed Price Project: This works well when a customer is certain about his needs and he has detailed out his specifications at the beginning of the project, It can be paid in milestones.

Hourly: If a customer is not very certain of his requirements, it makes sense to go with a Time & Material model, where he pays for the resources utilized on an hourly basis. This will allow customers to make changes freely.

Time & materials pricing: The time & materials model involves regularly paying for work completed. With this model, the customer plays a bigger role in the development of the software solution and carries all risks related to the scope of work.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimal budget we are considering to start the project is around 3000 USD depending on the customer requirements.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Between 3000 USD and 1 Million USD depending on the customer requirements.

We want to migrate to an in-house team due to significant communication issues we were experiencing with our offshore workforce at the time. Additionally, their code and releases lacked both quality and consistency. By transferring to ServerLT.com, we aimed to relieve or eliminate those issues.

For software development, we assembled a team of around 14 individuals from Serverlt.com. They provided a full-stack software engineering team that operated on a two-week sprint cycle consistent with Scrum. Their team provided releases every two weeks.

We divided their staff into two sections: mobile and web. They worked on our two Angular-based websites and our Xamarin-based mobile application. Their team used.NET and a SQL server database on the backend.

Serverlt.com revamped our mobile app, modernising the UI/UX to make navigation simpler for users. Additionally, their staff ensured that the app stayed compliant.

Serverlt.com provided us with a staff of roughly 14 developers. They provided a full-scale software engineering team working in two-week Scrum sprints. Their crew delivered every two weeks.

We divided their crew into mobile and web. They worked on our two Angular websites and our Xamarin (C#) mobile app. On the backend, they used.NET and SQL Server.

Serverlt.com updated our mobile app's UI/UX to help users find their way. Their staff also ensured the software was legal.

They redesigned our website's customer registration procedure. The objective was to improve both the appearance and feel as well as the conversion rate.
