Cross-Platform App Development

The software development of the platform was originally performed by another firm. There were responsiveness issues and delivery issues that caused me to begin the search for a new software development firm again.

I became aware that a respected friend was using Seven Bits for the software development efforts of their project. After some due diligence and interviewing process, I decided to hire Seven Bits.

Seven Bits quickly ramped up on the existing code base and the past/future requirements. The team put in tireless efforts to get the outstanding issues resolved, the necessary features implemented and ultimately got TIPP Bucket to a point where it could finally be released to the public.

For the past 1.5+ years, I've been working with Seven Bits and it's been one of the better decisions I've made since my startups inception.

TIPP Bucket is a software platform that provides live entertainers a place to market their services and connect with their fans. Fans of live entertainment also use the platform to find, follow and support the entertainers and form(s) of entertainment they enjoy.

TIPP Bucket is available on all mobile platforms and also has a dynamic web application.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Seven Bits is a well-staffed firm with a well-rounded staff. If there is any staff turnover or need for any different skill sets, Seven Bits has always had a qualified staff member to get things done and requirements fulfilled. Because of that, there has never been any delays that were caused by staffing issues.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Most of the issues encountered are inherent of developing a new software platform. But, there have been some avoidable misunderstandings and/or miscommunications that have caused unnecessary delays and expenses.
